Cree (The Drums of Poundmaker) - 13 (12+1) I like that this is quite different from the music of other civs, definitely top ten material.
Georgia (Shen Khar Venakhi; Tsaiqvanes Tamar Kali) - 14
India (Vaishnav Jana to tene) - 11.
Indonesia (Rejang Dewa; Bapang Selisir) - 17
Japan (Itsuki Lullaby) - 15
Khmer (Khmer Rourm Sam Mawgee) - 7
Mongolia (Pastoral Song; Urtin Duu) - 17
Persia (Kereshme + Reng-e Shalakhu) - 17
Russia (Kalinka) - 13 (16-3) last least favorite of the remaining
Scotland (Scotland the Brave; Bonnie Dundee) - 12
Scythia (Original composition) -17
Zulu (Uthe Ubhuti Asizomlanda, Bayisa, Halala, Shaka Mamba) - 15

Cree (The Drums of Poundmaker) - 13
Georgia (Shen Khar Venakhi; Tsaiqvanes Tamar Kali) - 15 (14 + 1 Without looking at any other posts, I must assume tons of math errors for this to not be the runaway top choice, any information to the contrary is wrong)
India (Vaishnav Jana to tene) - 11.
Indonesia (Rejang Dewa; Bapang Selisir) - 17
Japan (Itsuki Lullaby) - 15
Khmer (Khmer Rourm Sam Mawgee) - 7
Mongolia (Pastoral Song; Urtin Duu) - 14 (17- 3 Demerits for having a higher score than Georgia)
Persia (Kereshme + Reng-e Shalakhu) - 17
Russia (Kalinka) - 13
Scotland (Scotland the Brave; Bonnie Dundee) - 12
Scythia (Original composition) -17
Zulu (Uthe Ubhuti Asizomlanda, Bayisa, Halala, Shaka Mamba) - 15

Cree (The Drums of Poundmaker) - 13
Georgia (Shen Khar Venakhi; Tsaiqvanes Tamar Kali) - 15
India (Vaishnav Jana to tene) - 11 + 1 = 12 (One of the most culturally rich of the remaining; you immediately know which country this theme relates to, and it has both gentle parts and epic parts.)
Indonesia (Rejang Dewa; Bapang Selisir) - 17
Japan (Itsuki Lullaby) - 15
Khmer (Khmer Rourm Sam Mawgee) - 7 - 3 = 4 (Far more repetitive and annoying than Nubia's theme, which was comparatively inspiring and varied. This one should not be top tier in a million years. It sounds like the music of a spider crawling down a tree in a children's television show, and lacks subtlety of any kind, let alone great instrumentation.)
Mongolia (Pastoral Song; Urtin Duu) - 14
Persia (Kereshme + Reng-e Shalakhu) - 17
Russia (Kalinka) - 13
Scotland (Scotland the Brave; Bonnie Dundee) - 12
Scythia (Original composition) -17
Zulu (Uthe Ubhuti Asizomlanda, Bayisa, Halala, Shaka Mamba) - 15

A small note on the recently eliminated theme: It was my least favourite track *originally) before I knew who it belonged to. My point about patriotism, etc, was to the people who felt this was a major reason to vote for it, and were confused others were voting it down. And of course sounds can make you nauseous, and music be associated with emotions and events. That is what music does. This is why I restart now if I start next to Australia or America.

Cree (The Drums of Poundmaker) - 14 - Still the best.
Georgia (Shen Khar Venakhi; Tsaiqvanes Tamar Kali) - 15
India (Vaishnav Jana to tene) - 12
Indonesia (Rejang Dewa; Bapang Selisir) - 17
Japan (Itsuki Lullaby) - 15
Khmer (Khmer Rourm Sam Mawgee) - 4
Mongolia (Pastoral Song; Urtin Duu) - 14
Persia (Kereshme + Reng-e Shalakhu) - 17
Russia (Kalinka) - 13
Scotland (Scotland the Brave; Bonnie Dundee) - 9 - Extremely annoying and out of place.
Scythia (Original composition) -17
Zulu (Uthe Ubhuti Asizomlanda, Bayisa, Halala, Shaka Mamba) - 15

Cree (The Drums of Poundmaker) - 11 - Sorry. I realise that many people are really invested in this, but I simply cannot get myself to appreciate the chanting.
Georgia (Shen Khar Venakhi; Tsaiqvanes Tamar Kali) - 15
India (Vaishnav Jana to tene) - 12
Indonesia (Rejang Dewa; Bapang Selisir) - 17
Japan (Itsuki Lullaby) - 15
Khmer (Khmer Rourm Sam Mawgee) - 4
Mongolia (Pastoral Song; Urtin Duu) - 14
Persia (Kereshme + Reng-e Shalakhu) - 18 - My new favourite after Nubia. The DLC civs have some of the best music.
Russia (Kalinka) - 13
Scotland (Scotland the Brave; Bonnie Dundee) - 9
Scythia (Original composition) -17
Zulu (Uthe Ubhuti Asizomlanda, Bayisa, Halala, Shaka Mamba) - 15

Cree (The Drums of Poundmaker) - 12 (11+1) the best
Georgia (Shen Khar Venakhi; Tsaiqvanes Tamar Kali) - 12 (15-3) not a favorite because it does evoke depth nor moves me
India (Vaishnav Jana to tene) - 12
Indonesia (Rejang Dewa; Bapang Selisir) - 17
Japan (Itsuki Lullaby) - 15
Khmer (Khmer Rourm Sam Mawgee) - 4
Mongolia (Pastoral Song; Urtin Duu) - 14
Persia (Kereshme + Reng-e Shalakhu) - 18
Russia (Kalinka) - 13
Scotland (Scotland the Brave; Bonnie Dundee) - 9
Scythia (Original composition) -17
Zulu (Uthe Ubhuti Asizomlanda, Bayisa, Halala, Shaka Mamba) - 15

Cree (The Drums of Poundmaker) - 13 (12+1) at this point I'll always vote my favorite and my least favorite
Georgia (Shen Khar Venakhi; Tsaiqvanes Tamar Kali) - 12
India (Vaishnav Jana to tene) - 12
Indonesia (Rejang Dewa; Bapang Selisir) - 14 (17-3) this theme is all over the place and incoherent, it also lacks a punch to it, a leitmotiv
Japan (Itsuki Lullaby) - 15
Khmer (Khmer Rourm Sam Mawgee) - 4
Mongolia (Pastoral Song; Urtin Duu) - 14
Persia (Kereshme + Reng-e Shalakhu) - 18
Russia (Kalinka) - 13
Scotland (Scotland the Brave; Bonnie Dundee) - 9
Scythia (Original composition) -17
Zulu (Uthe Ubhuti Asizomlanda, Bayisa, Halala, Shaka Mamba) - 15

Cree (The Drums of Poundmaker) - 13
Georgia (Shen Khar Venakhi; Tsaiqvanes Tamar Kali) - 12
India (Vaishnav Jana to tene) - 12
Indonesia (Rejang Dewa; Bapang Selisir) - 14
Japan (Itsuki Lullaby) - 15
Khmer (Khmer Rourm Sam Mawgee) - 5 (4+1): I'll show Jay VII and his track some love, I appreciate how it builds with each era. I love Indonesia's music too but they're in a better spot ;)
Mongolia (Pastoral Song; Urtin Duu) - 14
Persia (Kereshme + Reng-e Shalakhu) - 18
Russia (Kalinka) - 13
Scotland (Scotland the Brave; Bonnie Dundee) - 6 (9-3): I'll level with you, there can be no denying this theme just blares 'Scotland'. But that's not enough this late in the thread - it's just completely lacking subtlety
Scythia (Original composition) -17
Zulu (Uthe Ubhuti Asizomlanda, Bayisa, Halala, Shaka Mamba) - 15

Khmer (Khmer Rourm Sam Mawgee) - 7 - 3 = 4 (Far more repetitive and annoying than Nubia's theme, which was comparatively inspiring and varied. This one should not be top tier in a million years. It sounds like the music of a spider crawling down a tree in a children's television show, and lacks subtlety of any kind, let alone great instrumentation.)
I actually laughed out loud at this.

Cree (The Drums of Poundmaker) - 13
Georgia (Shen Khar Venakhi; Tsaiqvanes Tamar Kali) - 12
India (Vaishnav Jana to tene) - 12
Indonesia (Rejang Dewa; Bapang Selisir) - 14
Japan (Itsuki Lullaby) - 15
Khmer (Khmer Rourm Sam Mawgee) - 2 (5-3) This one lacks complexity, and doesn’t really feel like an anthem for a great empire.
Mongolia (Pastoral Song; Urtin Duu) - 14
Persia (Kereshme + Reng-e Shalakhu) - 18
Russia (Kalinka) - 13
Scotland (Scotland the Brave; Bonnie Dundee) - 7 (6+1) This one, on the other hand, makes me proud for a nation I’ve never been to. And similar to America and Australia, you can hear the enthusiasm put into the composition.
Scythia (Original composition) -17
Zulu (Uthe Ubhuti Asizomlanda, Bayisa, Halala, Shaka Mamba) - 15

RIP Hard Times Come Again No More

Indonesia (Rejang Dewa; Bapang Selisir) - 14
Japan (Itsuki Lullaby) - 15
Khmer (Khmer Rourm Sam Mawgee) - ELIMINATED (2-3) I prefer Indonesia's theme over this one. And Morningcalm's comment also made me LOL.

Persia (Kereshme + Reng-e Shalakhu) - 18
Russia (Kalinka) - 13
Scotland (Scotland the Brave; Bonnie Dundee) - 7

Persia (Kereshme + Reng-e Shalakhu) - 20
Russia (Kalinka) - 14
