Not true for everyone. I have a system of 4-5 proxies and anonimity programs, from which one of them is a program modified by myself. I don't use this, because it slows down my connection to hell. But if I want, I can change my IP every 5 minutes AND it will not say I'm from Bucharest, Romania, it will randomly choose IPs from around the world.

Mods can confirm this. If I switch it on, my next few posts will be from totally different IPs, from different parts of the world. I imagine if I really wanted I can get pass any ban.
