I sent an email to Mr Nice Guy asking him to join pbemtracker and giving details, (with save attached)
btw, I'm loving this game.

Mr Nice Guy refused to join pbemtracker, so I set up another id bath2 and entered his email addres for it - so I can send the save to him using pbemtracker.
So, Michkov can edit and start the game settings now.
pbemtracker can now track most of the players, so the only thing we will not have visibility of is when Mr Nice Guy sends it to the player following him.

My leader is Saladin.
If you want to know what leaders people have, just hover the mouse over the other players' names at the right hand side of the screen.
That will give you their 2 characteristics, like Spiritual, Financial and that should uniquely identify a leader.

I see you started editing the pbemtracker settings, with the play order, and my leader.
I'm not sure the leader is that important to stat, and can certainly be added later.
The key thing to enable pbemtracker to be used for sending saves, is to have everyone's in game name added - this is used to compare with the uploaded save.
It is also important to add an underscore in te name, if there is a space in the name in game.
For example, I usually now play as Zoot Horn Rollo.
This must be entered in pbemtracker as Zoot_Horn_Rollo.
You could put dummy leader images in for now, and edit them once you know who it is.

I am playing with Rd13 in 2 PBEM's (this is one of them) and I didn't know he withdrew for some games! But he has been a quite reliable player so far so... I hope he continues!
Maybe he just need to have more free time and reduced some PBEM's but not all (which I fully understand)?
