I suggest everyone registers with pbemtracker, and we use that to send our turns..

Advantages:
- game is automatically sent to the correct email address
- game is available as a download

This means:
- anyone can look at pbemtracker to see who currently has it
- if it was sent to you, but you didn't receive the email, you can download it without having to ping the sender, then wait for a response and a resend

Then, no need for
- where is it? posts, leaving lots of space for banter, psychological warfare. and insults instead - far more satisfying
