Eh. Because of this: Iberian-Italian Pact: Kingdom of Spain, the Papal States/the Holy League, the Papal States are nominally an ally of Spain, with whom France is at war. Attacking Augsberg in Brunswick would be bad enough as it'd be an attack on a fellow French ally, but in the Papal States it would basically be assisting Spain as well, making Ireland... a traitor.

Also, I really can't stress enough how much I despise everyone who delayed this update.
