Spain, the Papal States, Portugal, Germany, Krakow, Romania, Ottomans, China, Russia, and now the United Kingdom. Most of these nations were allies of France, that the French betrayed for ridiculus reasons.
It is a wonder how government of nations and citizens still trust France. With their long lists of betrayals, soon the EUA could be next, or Japan, or China. Slowly the world is turning blue, the color of a man sufficating. The world is sufficating, being choked by France, France is squeezing all resistance and all wealth from this world, so that they may rule it themselves. Soon the world will be a lifeless land, covered with poverty, except for France. Who will bask in their wealth while the rest of the world is enslaved to them.
People of Spain, Portugal, Germany, Italy; break the chains of the French dictatorship, you must not be slaves to the French crown for much longer. Long have you suffered, what have the French done for you, besides repeated invasions.
The Freedom of the world will be gained here, or it will be cast away forever; it is your choice...

Your letter has reached me in Cairo, and I must say, these words you speak are true. After careful research into the matter, I find myself angry at the actions the Empire has been taking. We had long feared for our own safety just as anyone should. But when France attacked there former ally, Kingdom of Great Britain. We realized that it wouldn’t be long before we were next. In fact anyone with a military and a brain is a threat to the Emperor. And on this day, I see clearly that No One Man can rule such a large Empire. And no One Man, can dictate the world in this way. The people of Egypt are proud Francophile people. But now that this has happened. I have heard startling rumors of acts against Parliament. And at least once a key member of the largely French parliament has escaped an attempted Assassination.
So on this note, Chancellor, I Prime Minister of Egypt , and the rest of parliament. Support you. We are a free people, sir, and we will not fall victim to the Emperor.

Then you're a fool. Unless somehow Storm turns all of the rest of his cities into eco centers this turn, the HRE and her allies will have a vast economic advantage. And I can say with a fair amount of certainty that Russia's offensive won't be nearly as devastating as they might hope.
