No, I tried to farm cattle there. I grew opium in the Golden Triangle which is where it can actually be found, grown, and cultivated. Turning it into a gaseous form is also quite reasonable, though fairly advanced, it was the dispersal and dosage which would be trickiest of all, but you let me get away with it anyway.

OOC: And now, the question is whether the Japanese have actually withdrawn from the French alliance or not. I suspect not. The timing of Panda's response was simply too convenient.
