NESCraft

While there is more than enough interest, if any slots open from now absent players, I would like to take their spot.

I'm afraid not, ChineseWarlord :( Thanks, but TerrisH is interested and is ahead of you in the reincarnation queue. I want to be fair to those who have been waiting longest.

This is my most popular NES since I started in 2006... Really grateful!

Waiting to hear back from Eltain and bonefang, I know that Justo and lopaz are still interested. I plan to spawn a couple more human beings next turn, then maybe things will change and there will only be children born in-game from that point... The human race then has a chance of being wiped out completely

@ArrowGamer: you cool with me eating you (can't help but smile writing this). you could possess that bird nearby, give us tons more line of sight.

Works for me.

Orders:

/let JK eat me then possess a bird. Explore and try to communicate what I see to JK.

Orders

1 AP - Kill my rabbit friend and cook him on a fire, made with my flint and twigs from the shrub, and contained with the rocks just nearby.
1 AP - Sleep under shrubbery, while fire keeps me warm.

OOC: C'mon 3 AP next morning, here's hoping.

Building a fire would cost 1AP :( The area is warm enough, though. Smoke would keep away bugs.

@daft: I knew building the fire would cost 1 AP, but does that mean killing a rabbit right next to me and cooking it costs 1 AP too?

H'OEURDERVES
1AP - Clamber desperately towards the hut in the distance (Immaculate) and do what is necessary in order to get food and not die. If it is necessary perform duty to the species yo.
1AP - Failing this, dive under the nearest embankment, hill, etc and wait out the storm again. Hopefully don't die.

Day 5

Merciary and Lord Herobrine:

PY1rS4V.png

While Merciary builds an axe and chops up some wood, Herobrine finds some apples to munch on. In the afternoon Merciary goes hunting for boar. Again the hunt is long and difficult, this time with a detour to avoid angry Giant Moose, but he skewers a young boar just before night falls. There has not been enough time for Herobrine to finish building a wooden dwelling (1 more AP needed), but you are comfortable enough with animal skins and a warm fire. Again, the pair of you eat well and rest well, awaking with 4AP each, and Herobrine is fully healed. You heard wolves howling in the distant night, but they did not approach. You have grown quite fond of each other, and Merciary is especially charmed by Herobrine.

Note: together you now have spare food: 1x Apples (moderately filling), 1x Boar Meat (very filling), resources: 1x Bones, 1x Lumber, 1x Boar Skin, 1x Deer Skin, and items: 1x Backpack (Merc), 1x Stone Tools (Hero), 2x Stone Spears (1 each), 1x Stone Axe (Merc), 1x Fishbone Ornament (Merc). The backpack can hold two large items (food rations, lumber etc) and numerous smaller ones (tools, ornaments etc).

Lord_Herobrine

-(1AP) Use sticks found around the area to craft a Wicker Shield. Once I have this, use whichever hide I didn't use on the dwelling to strengthen the shield even more. Present the Wicker-Hide Shield to Merciary as a token of friendship.
-(1AP) Gather any seeds that I can find in the surrounding grasses and sow the garden patch that Merciary has tilled. Lightly water the new garden.
-(1AP) Finish the wooden dwelling with the leftover lumber. Drape either the Boar Skin or Deer Skin over the entrance to make a flap that keeps in warmth and protects the entrance from wild animals.
-(1AP) Eat whatever Merciary brings back. If he fails to collect food munch on some boar meat and sleep in the finished dwelling. 'Snuggle' with Merciary cause I know he wants some of this ;)

Note: All through the day be extra careful not to run into any dangerous animals.

I possess the animal to my right and travel towards merciary and Lord Herobrine, in order to show them a bit of what they can do (I should also help them kill the boar that killed me if I can).

Sure, join the party! :D

Could you not possess the terrifyingly large ox-thing. I feel you might cause a slight panic...

Edit: Or if you do so please do not surprise me, your liable to get a spear in the face.

Love is in the air!

@Milarqi, just to be clear the animal to your right is a female Auroch. A dire-cow!

@daft: I knew building the fire would cost 1 AP, but does that mean killing a rabbit right next to me and cooking it costs 1 AP too?

@J.K. Stockholme, sorry I misread your orders. Yes, that will all work IF the rabbit does not present a chase :)

1 AP: Feed child/take care of child, then probably die of exhaustion/hunger.

OOC: So I won't be able to make the boat on time... Gonna die? :(

Alex994 Orders
1 AP to make backpack to store our rune stones and stone tools
1 AP to gather sticks to create a raft to flee the area
1 AP to ask for a blessing as we flee (hopefully on where to go?)

With raft sail up the northern river to move further inland or across the sea (if we can see land in the distance/along the shore?); see if the fox wants to come with us or not.

Day 5

Optical and Nintz

MLQJlHT.png

Desperation sets in as you set out to hunt a sheep on another bitterly-cold morning. Unfortunately, the hunt drags on, and it takes all of your collective effort to corner and catch one of the poor animals. Nintz collapses with exhaustion as you attempt to drag the kill back to the cave. With night drawing in, bitterly cold wind assaulting you, and wolves howling nearby, Optical sees no choice but to abandon Nintz and drag the sheep carcass on to the cave; it is impossible to take both. Optical eats and survives, Nintz is left to the wolves.

Optical awakes with 2AP, to a mind and body still racked by recent ordeals. He now has 1x Wool Blanket, 1x Meat (leftovers), 1x Bones, 1x String (sinew), 2x Small Traps (unset), and a Stone Spear.

Nintz has become a Ghost.

Optical

1 - Fashion a blade from one of the bones using my spearhead
1 - Set traps in some likely places and go and collect some sticks (for use on the fire and to make a bow if I don't die).

Nintz's Ghost

Possess the large bear-looking thing just to the left of Optical.
