NESLife attempt #3

Or we could assume that these represent a small sampling of the species, since you'd have to have a ridiculously small planet to have species in the hundreds.

Or we could remember this is a NES and thus doesnt have to be grounded in reality 100%...

We can.. we already have an electric plant.. I just imagine it will take many many evolutions to turn that into a viable lazer cannon :p

Now, this I have to see.

I can just see it zapping anything that tries to nibble it.

Also, due to my n00byness, which is the electric plant?

Another question, did era 17 just get pictures?

Lastly, has anyone heard of Nemo Ramjet? I'd post a link to his site, but some people are easily disturbed, and some might find the content just a little bit Not Kid Friendly.

EDIT: Okay, a lot not kid friendly. Don't google it.

I've heard of Nemo Ramjet, and read his works 'All Tomorrows' and 'Snaiad'. There are lots of great speculative biological futurists out there.

I liked Nemo's Dinosauroids, I really agreed with him about the anthropoid centricism. Some of the anatomy in "all Tomorrows" was a bit off putting.

And Snaiad is indescribably awesome.

Also, I'm finding those bulgorbs incredibly cute. Squishy Squishy! :p

Comparable, even, to the Rabbit of Caerbannog.

No Bulgorby! Don't decapitate me! Those nasty, big, pointy teeth!

EDIT: After looking through the updates, are the Amacildansas/anerarias/tentazomp/squinops and shellsters all related? Honestly, its been tough to tell.

EDIT 2.0: those genus spot light picures look like pokemon on*I'M UNSURE IF MENTION OF THIS SUBSTANCE IS ALLOWED*. Bolded just to be safe.

I'm giddy for that update.

How long until the update?

OK, im on the way back from oblivion.

Pre-Preview:
Spoiler :

I still have some more NPC evolutions to add, and the actual update to write!

Yay, loving the evolution.

Auroras are descended directly from the equivalents of fish in this world. There are a few other groups of flyers, such as the Jubblers and the Florytes.

I'm not sure if I want to end up evolving something this turn; is there still time, and if so, how much?
