New Bug with Patch 1.0.0.621: Diplomacy button is snowy-smeary

I just got Patch 1.0.0.621, hoping against hope Firaxis will fix this buggy POS, but no fixes and now the graphic for the diplomacy button in the TOP RH CORNER are all snowy-smeary (when you move the cursor over them, the correct graphic appears).

Call me crazy but every new patch, the game keeps getting worse!!
