I cannot find any tags for these buildings that would incease city groth beyond more food like the Storage Pit or a Free Population to EVERY city like the Mind Storage [National Wonder]. If there is a tag that allows for either +1 pop only in that city or makes cities grow faster I think we should put it on theses.

I'm not sure, but I THINK there is a building that has this effect, too.

I really like these buildings that have "+X% faster construction of clones". Do these Bonuses stack? It would be nice if clone units where easy to produce in huge quantities but less powerfull then other units in this era.

Oh an one thing for the last set of buildings:
Why comes the Psychoscanner at Artificial Life and not Thought Scanning? And why does it require Androids?

Yeah only a civic tag. :(

If you can find a building tag that can do it let me know. The only thing I can find is storing :food: like with the Granary. Which makes no sense for these kinds of buildings.
 
About the Respawn I promotion...
I imagine this as situation, where your hero is believed to be dead but then comes heavily wounded in your base after the fight.
The Resurrection Hub would work as a building in your city where deadly wounded units are brought to. So I'd prefer if they wouldn't give this Promotions out for free, but instead has a % chance to instantly revive a unit that dies IN the city.

About the Respawn I promotion...

I have no idea if this is possible. But a free Respawn Promo seems too overpowered to me, and also unrealistic. If my unit dies in Australia, the Resurrection Hub in New York won't help him.

Plasma Generator: While almost every element, especially gases can be plasma, I think Hydrogen or Helium (do we have normal Helium 4?^^) would be the most usefull plasma. So I think it should be Computers AND Hydrogen OR Helium 3.
Oh, I just saw it's only a Plasma Generator Factory. Hmm... I know they uses strong Magnets to keep the Plasma under control, but I'm not sure what Material is used to keep the heat away.
