I like some of them ( those not in yet somehow) , but they are pretty europe centered. Not to mention christian centered. If we include the new testament as a wonder we would need the koran, the book of mormon and something similar for just about every religion ingame.
And of course we didn´t expect that..NOBODY expects the Spanish Inquisition :goodjob:

geuss you are right they are very europe centered but some can be applied to other cultures (torah-new testement- koran etc).

I think the Admiralty would make a good national (or even World) wonder. In Realism Invictus, the Admiralty provides a free Lighthouse to every city. I think we could find another effect that would fit closer.

Here's a new building linked to the Divination tech: the Augur. I have not yet uploaded it to the SVN. It has the following requirements:

  • Tech: Divination
  • Cost: 40 hammers
  • Obsolete: Theology

It provides:
  • +1 culture
  • +1 Priest slot
  • -20% to War Weariness and anger from sacrificing population

The only thing I'm not sure about is the cost. 40 hammers is pretty cheap, even for an Ancient-era building. On the other hand, none of the effects are that large, and it only lasts until the early Medieval era.
 
Looks good. Also if you feel its too cheap then increase its cost.

I'll increase it to 50. Sculptor's Workshop is fairly close and only costs 35. The differences are Sculptor's Workshop has an Artist slot rather than a Priest slot, and provides +1 gold and 1 Sculptures resource compared to Augur's -20% war weariness and whip anger. I think that's fair enough.
 
Are we still putting in Pictograms, Ideograms, and Calligraphy?
 
Perhaps we could make buildings that can only be built with certain civic types. Also buildings besides the usual that can be build for each religion. Like a UU besides for religions. You could do the same with units

have you played C2C much? These things are already in there, there a civic specific buildings. There are religion specific wonders. There are cultural specific units. I have a back ground task for making culture specific buildings that produce special resources.
