New civ: Saskberta

And the the UU is the PPL infantry(thanks to Superbeaver for name) and it is 22 attack.

PPL Infantry should be Saskberta UU, not BC, as they are based in Edmonton, IIRC.

well, they are good civ4modders too!!!

However, i have a question:
Why put Alberta and Saskatchewan (god bless you! don't give me your cold) together? can't they be separated or is there any problem like the one with Nunavut?

suggestion for other UU:
Maritimes: Mohican scout (Forest I et II)
Ontario: Mountie (cavalry with a funny hat bonus against other cavalry)
Maninavut: Natives Canadian warrior (bonus against other warriors
NWTY: doggy sledge (replace chariot, no need for horses)

Grab a program called Peter's XML Editor. It's not the best for navigating XML and editing integer fields, but it's a good editor for text entries.

Oh on a suggestive note.. haha put Roy Romano or Calvert of the NDP as another choice besides Ralph... tho Ralph is a good guy haha and we did get the Ralph Bucks!!! hehe sweet...
