New Elimination Game: NEW CIVS

First I'm gonna put up a list of nations that I think would cut for the top 20 candidates for the next expansion pack of Civilization IV and grant them 5 points from the goodness of my heart
Those who have voted in my previous elimination game. The system works like this:
You give points to your top 2 candidates and your 2 least favourite candidates.
Every positive vote is +1
while
every negative vote is -2
This worked out all right last time so I just hope you have fun in this democratic thread about new civs - not ideas about 'em!

(ps i dont think this will work as well as ur last thread. key difference is there is a potentially infinite amount of civs firaxis can choose to include in next exp. i expect you will get a post saying something like, "i wanted to vote for X but you didnt incluse them."

Yes, that was what I thought. But I couldn't find a better idea. First I thought Unique unit game but that didn't quite work because Praetorians would dominate easily and we had been voting for the best civ and the UU is a part of that category.
And as you see I gave every civ just 5 points in stead of 10 like I did in my previous game But I'll just wait excited to see what others can think of saying. For an example: 'I want Switzerland' or 'Why the heck is Cuba not on that list?'

Can I save the Cambodians from destruction? Angkor Wat is in the game so the Khmer should be as well.
