New Suit :D

Yeah those old movies are cool, where the guys sit around all day in three piece suits and hats.

That hats are ok, but oh man that third piece  the vest... I miss the vest.

jeans + sportcoat = my casual attire

Yeah, thats basically what I wear a lot too. I almost always wear a coat and tie when I perform (although I admit, I do like jeans, because that allows me to wear sneakers, which feel a hell of a lot better on my feet than dress shoes)

I need to get me a "damn I look good suit". The ones I have now are only...okay.

See, this is why I wish men still routinely dressed in suits. We all look so much better in them! There's something about being well put-together, that "damn I look good" feeling Cheezy mentioned, that's easy to attain with a suit and blastedly hard to accomplish otherwise.

The normal excuses I get are "they're too uncomfortable" or something to that extent. If your suit -or dress, for you ladies - is uncomfortable, you're not wearing it right. A good dress-up is superbly comfortable.

By the way, everyone thinks it's really weird that I'm wearing a suit everywhere today, but almost in the same breath is "but you do look sharp." But yet it's weird. That must go hand-in-hand with it being "un-cool" to be smart; one of those things I'll just never be able to understand.

In some circles, its almost always cool to dress up a little. Go hit some blues bars!

It's probably an age thing. In my circles a fine suit with neatly shined shoes and a hanky in the suit coat pocket is where it's at.

Ah, the suit. I always clean uo well, hell, I get complinments from everyone when it's just a shirt and tie.

I'm tempted to go to prom just so I can wear a tuxedo in public.

Do it. My proms were fun, anyway.

I recently discovered that I like wearing suits, and I actually look pretty darn good in a suit and tie. I think I'd get too many weird looks to make me want to do it on a regular basis, though.

I remember, last year on my birthday, I was going out to see a play with a friend. I wore a double-breasted navy suit with brass buttons, a trilby, a silk tie, and a red carnation in my lapel. I attracted a fair bit of attention, stepping on to the city bus...

I like my suit quite a bit...although it isn't looking fine, but schnazzy that comes to mind when I think of it.

...I want a zoot suit....

and my suit needs to be cleaned....hmm....

Agreed. I recently had a suit made for me in Hong Kong when I was there. I don't wear it often though seeming I still attend university.
