Also after building East India Company I get 1 extra copy of all luxuries. I had 1 crab, 1 marble and 3 cinnamon so I get from my capital 2 crab, 2 marble and 6 cinnamon.

Was your capital working 1 crab 1 marble and 3 cinnamon? If so that's how it's supposed to work.

I captured and liberated Antwerp twice and somehow I have 2 glass resources. War is still goes on, so i might get another glass

Savegame on Github (1 turn before capture) or we can't fix it.

I am only asking so I can plan my playtime, but is it possible to know when we can expect a fix for the aircraft bug?

I have reverted to the previous version for now, but if we can expect it soon I will do only faster games.

I usually play on slow game speeds that last several days at a time, I won't start one if we can expect a fix soon.

To be clear, I mean no disrespect and am not demanding, I am only asking so I can plan.

Version 2.2.1 has been uploaded. Link in OP has been updated.

Changelog:
Code:
Bugfixes
- Fixed air units not being able to attack

UI
- AI assigned specialists can now be locked in place by clicking on them with Manual Specialist Control disabled
- When a custom name is added to a unit, the "(Base Unit Name)" which follows the name is now removed in the tooltip

Online as of 2:06 PM CST. Partially savegame compatible; updating won't crash the game, but existing air units won't gain the ability to attack (newly built air units will).

So Specialist locking works like this: When you click on a Specialist slot, you lock a specialist there. Unlike the previous behavior, this now happens without taking manual control. That specialist will have a new "locked" icon to indicate its status. If the slot is already filled by an AI assigned specialist, it'll turn into a locked one and act accordingly. The city AI will work around the locked specialists, so you can change focus etc. without losing your preferences. I'll eventually make a video about this and previously integrated shortcuts, but I suck at that.
Note: Improved City View for EUI doesn't have this feature yet, I'll try to update it.

Just got the latest 2.2.1. There seems to be an issue with cities not expanding their borders via normal culture growth.
The Culture/turn keeps going up, but the cities do not expand.
I have had the tooltip say it was going to expand in 1 turn for the last 3 turns, but it does not.

I've only looked in a existing save that was in Information Era already but it seems only Bombers were fixed unless Air Strikes with Fighters and Jet Fighters isn't a thing anymore which doesn't seem likely considering the Strafing promotion

Edit: Pardon me apparently I didn't read the details posted earlier.

I think this is a bug with the culture per turn of each individual city not displaying properly, thus making the turn till border growth inaccurate.

As you can see my city does not produce 220 culture per turn. The total culture per turn at the top remains accurate though. I thought it might be due to progress giving culture per building making the numbers inaccurate but i havent built anything in a couple turns so idk.

I experience CTDs in my current games. Funny thing is they happen during my turn when I move a unit or trigger some action unlike any previous build of VP. Reloading the turn seems to "fix" / avoid the same CTD.
I have quite a few mods running so I don't blame 2.2.1 in itself but anyone having the same issue / type of CTDs?

I've been getting CTDs during my turns since 2.2.0, usually with the city screen open, changing citizens or specialists. Already posted a bug report but I'm assuming it's obscure and hard to reproduce since more people aren't complaining about it and it doesn't have a reliable trigger. Disabled all extra mods and it still happens. Downgraded to 2.1 for the meanwhile.

Would be very nice - but does not seem to work :-(

Could this be a mod conflict with e.g. condensed text or Improved City View?

Until the next patch you can use the following files to fix culture display. For noEUI version, place the file in Vox Populi\LUA, for EUI place them in 3a \ LUA.

25-05: Reuploaded both versions

Some issues with 2.1.1:
1. Locking the specialists doesn't seem to work (for me). Mod conflict?
2. Pantheons are picked twice - and not by Byzantine:

Are you using Improved City View, it doesn't support locking yet. The 2nd one is weird indeed, can you make a github issue?
Thank you - yes, I do use Improved City View (and have already updated my earlier post). Oh well, guess I have to wait a bit longer.

It's not twice it was always shown like this. It's Indian pantheon and India took Hinduism.
Indeed it is - thank you! So no issue.
