City attack range increases with defensive building like walls, not just by tech. Did you build walls?hi, I am new to VP. been playing with full VP 4.16 and giant earth map no other mods. I found a strange bug. My city attack range is only 1, no matter how far my tech is. However, the AI city range scales normally with techs as it is intended to do so.
Googled a bit, I learned that there was a specific mod to tweak city bombardment range. The .sql file looks fairly easy to read. But I am unable to find related lines in VP files to fix this small bug.
Can any1 help me?

The builder AI knows how to use the units to build work boats but the military AI doesn't know to leave units for the builder AI to use (it only does so occasionally by accident, essentially). It's been in my to-do pile for a while, maybe it will be done at some point.Is Kamehameha improved sea resources in your game ? I am looking at an AI only game with them and turn 140 they have still improved 0 ressource from the sea :/
Edit: They finally did it ! So it works ! But I feel that they should use their UA way sooner, their first sea improvement was done turn 140 standard speed (~800 after JC).

Indonesia in my current game (Afganistan with Hokath's Tweaks) didn't found and I spread my religion to them. Now I see that they get same number of delegates in WC for religious authority as me.
Known bug, will be fixed.Also, in previous versions I was able to see if I made a promise not to DOW, now I don't see it, and I think that it was many turns ago, but after DOW I get note that I broke promise.
