We'll need to cache the city's coastal status first, or it'll be way too slow to check coastal for every naval unit type.
 
Is there a 4.16 version for this modpack: "4.15.2_VP-SSEMSU-EUI.zip" ?
I couldn't figure out if the 4 UC are fully implemented or not in 4.16. If they are not, guess I'll wait in 4.15 until then.

If they are implemetned already, what is the easiest way for me to update my files?
 
Yes Im running away and pretty much won sitting on 22 cities but ...
Is Hall of Honor supposed to scale like this in cost? (been this way for some time but didnt used to be)
As a comparison Brandenburg and Eiffel Tower costs 3420 hammers.

It is a National Wonder, not a World Wonder, so yes it scale with number of cities, the same the Freedom and Order counterparts scale too.
Preitoria, which gives a free Policy on completion for Autocracies, does not scale with number of cities.
 
hi, I am new to VP. been playing with full VP 4.16 and giant earth map no other mods. I found a strange bug. My city attack range is only 1, no matter how far my tech is. However, the AI city range scales normally with techs as it is intended to do so.
Googled a bit, I learned that there was a specific mod to tweak city bombardment range. The .sql file looks fairly easy to read. But I am unable to find related lines in VP files to fix this small bug.
Can any1 help me?

City attack range increases with defensive building like walls, not just by tech. Did you build walls?

ahhh sry. no walls. I was just messing around on prince. No wall needed. is the city range always related to walls? sorry for being stupid. xD
 
I'm getting desktop crashes in the medieval era. One of my mods isn't happy with the new version. But I don't know which one.
 
CTDs can be caused by practically anything, you should make bug reports on GitHub if you want it to get solved.

I had exactly the same problem. Happened on one of the ai's turn so I did some testing by removing (killing) that player.
Ended up finding out that I could eliminate the ctd by removing a specific player but it would just happen a turn out two later on another ais turn, so I started a new game.

Did you enable logging and scan over the logs to find what might possibly be causing?

I found some conflicting mods on occasion in the past.
 
Is Kamehameha improved sea resources in your game ? I am looking at an AI only game with them and turn 140 they have still improved 0 ressource from the sea :/

Edit: They finally did it ! So it works ! But I feel that they should use their UA way sooner, their first sea improvement was done turn 140 standard speed (~800 after JC).

The builder AI knows how to use the units to build work boats but the military AI doesn't know to leave units for the builder AI to use (it only does so occasionally by accident, essentially). It's been in my to-do pile for a while, maybe it will be done at some point.
 
Do non-founders get delegates in WC for religious authority? Indonesia in my current game (Afganistan with Hokath's Tweaks) didn't found and I spread my religion to them. Now I see that they get same number of delegates in WC for religious authority as me.

Yes. It's triggered by the Reformation Wonder building.
 
Also, in previous versions I was able to see if I made a promise not to DOW, now I don't see it, and I think that it was many turns ago, but after DOW I get note that I broke promise.
