It's a hotfix so there's no need to wait to start a new game.
But what's the point in starting a new game if you "know" it's gonna crash? The last three games I started did this after a little while and I can't continue them.
 
Recursive seems to be busy, so I've made the hotfix.

EDIT: In this version there's a bug in map generation, to fix it put the attached file into (2) Vox Populi/CoreFiles/Overrides, replacing the file there. A hotfix will come soon.

Hmm, any reasons why I wouldn't be seeing goody huts on the hotfix? New game, same setup I've used for my last couple of games.

Hehe whoops, yes I have same issue as Bender.

Edit: This feels like it would be unrelated, but marsh tiles looked like tundra to me. Just went back to the previous version and both came back.

Apparently the change for the Additional Luxury Resources mod broke map generation for everyone who does not play with Additional Luxuries. I'll make a new hotfix tomorrow. Until then, you can fix it manually by putting the attached file into (2) Vox Populi/CoreFiles/Overrides, replacing the file there.

I thought it was odd that the game I started the other day didn't have any ruins. I figured it was just my dumb luck XD
 
using 4.16.2
Bison seems to have been exterminated; it's no where to be seen, not even in the gamepedia
also there seems to be no luxuries, or ancient ruins.
reinstalled the game like twice now and tried multiple map scripts as well.
Fish aswell seems to be non existent; tried playing the 4.16.1 modpack and everything seems normal including resources, map generation and ruins (ofc. I cannot use custom civs or other modmods).

Probably something on your side or specific map.

Edit: I went 4.16.1 +hotfix and then installed 4.16.2 if that makes any difference.
 
Does this version have the unit supply update incorporated or is that still pending?
