I see in my last game the same. I propose something to AI, it gives me gold,lux and iron for that.
I remove iron from propose, and see "-1000". If I return iron to AI propose, see that propose is nice.
But I only see such behaviour 2 or 3 times throw all game.

I thought I'd noticed something similar when deleting items from an AI offer, but assumed I just saw it wrong and kept moving.

When an AI asks your for a luxury or sth, if you decline, you get a diplo penalty, but if you give them the luxury, you get no positive diplo modifier. It seems a bit odd, not sure if a bug or a feature.
