It's not an act of aggression, it's an act of defense. The final step was only taken when we learned that the Two Sicilies had approached our good friends, whom we may disagree with from time to time, in the Kingdom of the Lowlands for assistance in conquering fair Tuscany in an offensive war. There's also the obvious fact that the Neapolitan King demanded we surrender to them several times this year, look back through the diplomacy.
It's also condemned our main constitutional body, and declared war on us. We want to point out we only declared the Two Sicilies void, we didn't declare war. He declared war, now we will finish the war that he declared. He doesn't intend to unite Italy, he just wants to maintain the status quo because the King of the Two Sicilies knows that he will have no place in a Progressive Fascist Italian State.

We urge you to find a peaceful resolution. We propose the following, all terms are negotiable by the two Spains, this is just a proposal.
1. Hostilities cease immediately and all foreign soldiers leave Spanish borders.
2. All communist-loyal areas will be handed to Communist Spain. All non-communist areas will be handed over to Nationalist Spain.
3. Both Spains will agree to a Non-Aggression Pact for 5 years.

"Fine," she said, arbitrarily switching her mind. She probably decided that she would just half-listen to him. Which was exactly what she did.
"Excellent!" he said, and his face lit up with joy. The entourage begin quietly slapping each other on the back and grinning.
"We're selling Alaska," he began.
"I was responsible for that."
"And we received half of the payment."
"I just counted it this morning."
"In South America, a battleship was blown."
"The Olga."
"Yes, and the Peruvian generals put Tatiana on the throne to beg for forgiveness."
"I saw her off."
None of her taciturn comments phased Mikhail at all. He wiped some sweat from his brow and continued.
"Anastasia was crowned Empress of Spain"

"I have a plan for that." And she grinned.

She kept walking, quickly, then stopped. Her sundry advisers stopped at the same time. She started again, then stopped, and they all did the same.
"Leave me, you're all dismissed, you have the day off," she said, almost irritably. She didn't want another one to commit suicide.
"Are you sure?" asked Peter.
"Yes, yes, I'm sure. I need to work in solitude again."
They all left and Olga was finally able to read her novels in peace.

The Emergency Indonesian Act
Article 1: Indonesia be admitted into the Kingdom of the Lowlands as a major province, rather than a colony
Article 2: All Indonesians will be admitted as Lowland citizens and all applicable rights apply to them. (8 hour work day, welfare, etc...)
Article 3: Indonesia shall elect their set of delegates on the Lowland parliament next year, bringing the number of parliamentary seats from 50 to 60.
Article 4: The Lowland navy will reinforce Indonesia with 4 battleships.
Article 5: The United Confederate States of America shall be given permission to dig for natural resources in Indonesia and will have docking rights on Solomon Island.

Regarding the Non-Aggression Pacts. We are asking people to consider who they are making deals with. Remember these documents?
While in a NAP with Britain, Russia attacked two Persian and Spain. Both were British allies. This seems like a violation of the spirit of a NAP and even legally violating it. Obviously Russia views a NAP treaty as something to follow, when it suites their purpose.
Why are you inventing all theses lies? Who have we accused? And of what? Besides Russia and Japan, who have we threatened? Russia and Japan attacked us! How are we supposed to act? Smile and say thank you for stealing from us? We warned France but did not threaten them. We asked not to get actively involved in Spain. We do not care if they offer moral support to the Nationalist.. But if they chose to attack us, they will have to go through Libreria Fortaleza. This will cause the death of many French boys. We sincerely do not want this to happen. French lives are precious and should not be thrown away like that. We originally wanted all nations to stay out of our civil way, but Russia chose not to and thus we are forced to seek support from other nations to counter the support the Nationalist are getting from the Russians.

International observers would be allowed at all polling stations. Both sides would abide by the election results. Immediately after the election the Communist and Fascist armies would be merged into one army. Anastasia would be allowed to remain Queen within a constitution framework. Elections to be held within one year. We will let the Spanish people decide their future.

We believe that within our research group both of our countries should contribute 12 IC per turn unless a state of war has been declared then contributions will be determined on a basis of what would be sustainable for both countries. Germany is willing to invest 15 IC per turn if that would be acceptable but would like to know what Sweden would be interested in investing.
We would also like to offer a free trade agreement between both of our nations as this will help our nations prosper in troubled times.
