However, we must point out that unification is impossible, due to the fact that Tuscany has been prohibited by Britain to use it's naval fleets, thus, Tuscany can not land forces on Sicily.

Therefore, the status quo will stay the same for some time.

Again, we offer the Tuscany government the oppurtunity to return to the status quo borders without any consequence whatsoever.

We did not prohibit the use of your navy, we just merely warned you against any actions against British shipping in the area. Therefore an invasion is likely if he so chooses to do it.

Though depending on where the invasion will take place it could interfere with British shipping. But for only one day. But no worries, there is an whole island and we are just merely a single trading lane.
