Office of Chief Scientist- Term 5

Besides, how do you intend to discuss AND Poll and put into instructions, the civic changes, Mercantilism and Vassalage, or is this just a sort of diversionary tactic to avoid vassalage altogether ?

You need to contribute to discussions now, even though we do not have the exact figures.

Getting Vassalage with Mercantilism will net us money and useful troops. I can put a hold on unit production when we reach 16 unit upkeep, now, with the 2 units being made and 4 more catapults.

Easy -- the discussion starts when the next full play session ends. We make the decision then knowing what the situation is then, leaving enough time for the decision before the following play session.

I think we should label tomorrow as STC and the friday one as NExt TC, since MEthos is first doing the real thing friday. STC is special turn. chat.

We will get Banking at the end of NTC (not STC). Then after NTC (NNTC? :crazyeye:) we can have discussion about adopting civics. These civics, including mercantilism, can be adopted at the start of NNTC (which I'll be playing, probably).

All right, then I got an idea of timeframe, to have some backlag from banking to mercantilism of about 10 turns (or 1 turn if we adopt civic in the beginning of NNTC). I can see the picture now, and we can handle this in the weekend.

I have just added a thread in which debates on tech are to be made, please use said thread at Tech Plans
