Serbia is confirmed out with Belgrade as a CS (thats from a long time ago) and Prussia is highly unlikely wth Bismarck and Germany.

I just don't get why Fireaxis couldn't make an Italian civ. It's a major power that hasn't been represented in Civ. Particularly being the home of the Renaissance (Florence).
