As promised, I will explain the easy riddle.

This petition asks Firaxis to ignore petitions. If they listen, Firaxis will ignore all petitions, including this one, which means that Firaxis will no longer be avoiding petitions, resulting in them listening to this petition, etc...


Although this is not really a realistic scenerio, there is a point to it.
