And as there are different kind of pizzas there are also different kind of places where to eat them. And for the way how to eat it there is a " for each its own" approach.

I like it very much. I'm on Papa John's email list for online discounts, and enrolled in the points program. Every 25 points = 1 free large, 3-topping pizza. I still have a free pizza to redeem.
But "cultery" is not happening here.
Neither is cutlery, btw. Pizza is meant to be eaten with one's hands. I have to laugh at the scenes in my soap opera when some of the characters eat pizza. Hot pizza means the pizza slice is somewhat floppy, and a little hot to handle. The TV pizza is perfectly straight, and the characters don't appear to be at any risk whatsoever of burning their fingers. Whoever is in charge of the properties department on that show isn't making it realistic.

You must like pizza very much indeed. I would order Papa John's if there were literally no other pizza option available, but that's an indication that I too like pizza very much.

I would definitely take a free Papa John's pizza. I'd just never pay for enough of them to have a free one coming. Unless, like I said, I was down to literally Papa John's as a last pizza option. I certainly don't see that happening any time soon. There are six pizza places within walking distance of my gf's house. The nearest major intersection has a shopping complex on each of the four corners, and there is a pizza place in each one of them. It'll be a long cold day before I am reduced to Papa John's.

LOL...I live in California. Winter is here. I can tell, because I'm wearing long pants. And socks. Still not "the dead of winter" yet, as indicated by the fact I'm still in just a tee shirt. In February sometimes I have to break out long sleeves.
It's partly a budget thing (occasional 50% discounts are very helpful), and partly because I really like their spinach pizza.
I have zero pizza places within walking distance of my home (or any other restaurants/takeout places, either). I used to live near a place called Family Pizza, which makes a Chicken Taco pizza which I like (substituting mozzarella for cheddar cheese, since I don't care much for cheddar). But they've been gradually pricing themselves out of my budget, and I've discovered that I prefer ordering online anyway.
It's a balmy -25C here, with wind chill. There's not so much wind at the moment, which makes it seem warmer. A few days ago I was bundled up in 3 layers of clothing inside my apartment, and now I'm back to normal. It's supposed to get colder later this weekend, though, down to -37C. The extra layers and sweater will be coming on again.
Winter has even come to Vancouver. They have snow (what we would term as a "skiff" here) and everyone seems to be carrying umbrellas around.
One of the entertainment articles on CBC tonight mentioned some people doing bhangra dancing outside, in -7C. Apparently they stay warm enough that a few of them were just wearing T-shirts. Mind you, after a cold snap, that does seem like shirtsleeve weather. I remember going out in shirtsleeves in -12C a few years ago (was taking out the garbage), meeting a neighbor, we had a brief chat, and agreed that it was really nice weather (after a two-week cold snap of -35 to -40C).
