If he was a member of pizzahut.com, he'd get email offerings of deals like I do and wouldn't have to pay overprice prices.
 
honestly all coupons you can find via googling "pizza hut coupons" or etc, assuming pizza hut does online ordering

w/r to papa johns on that matter, account is free anyways (eg no "premium" club or whatever) so just use wahtever coupons and rack up papa john reward points if you want. I dunno about other chains
 
I just checked out Pizza Hut in Canada. It's true. Not only don't they have any decent deals and pay more for pizza than we do, they even sell pizza in strips along with 3 different dipping sauces.

Food is generally more expensive in Canada than in the U.S... And actually.. most things are. When I'm south of the border I always notice that things like gas, restaurants/fast food, grocery store items, and general store items are usually much cheaper than what we pay here. But then you can add items like TVs, cars, computer parts.. and much much more.
