Pizza!

You've honestly never heard the expression "Pizza pie"?. Whilst I'm agreement that it's both silly and superfluous and that yeah....Americans lol....I'm surprised it's new to you.
Not to mention he is obviously not a Dean Martin fan:

The word pizza (Italian pronunciation: [ˈpittsa], from the Latin verb pìnsere, to press and from the Greek pēktos, πηκτός, meaning "solid" or "clotted") is Greek in origin (see also pitta). The ancient Greeks covered their bread with oils, herbs and cheese. In Byzantine Greek, the word was spelled πίτα, pita, or πίττα, pitta, meaning pie. The word has also spread to Romanian as pită, Turkish as pide,[2] and Bulgarian, Bosnian, Croatian, Macedonian and Serbian as pita, Albanian as pite and Modern Hebrew pittāh.[3] The Romans developed placenta, a sheet of dough topped with cheese and honey and flavored with bay leaves.

I've tried this, but I've found that it's only really useful as a garnishing, it's physically impossible to put significant quantities of fresh greens on pizza.

Spinach I manage by very carefully stacking, and then it collapses down when it's cooked.

The arugula went on after the pizza was cooked. I folded the pizza slices to pin the greens in place. I really enjoyed it!

That works surprisingly well--I think I had something similar at a California Pizza Kitchen once.

I don't know if I have a favorite pizza place--I'll eat at about any flatbread shop and like it better than a mainstream fast food pizza, and deep dish tends to be wayyy too heavy for me.

Apparently they are all in Kansas City and St. Louis in Missouri, at least according to Google maps. Seriously, there's like 4 in each city and nothing between, it's kind of funny.

There was one at Atlantic Station when I lived in Atlanta, and there is one near the Boylston (the theater district) up here in Boston, which is a nice meal that is a) significantly cheaper than the other restaurants nearby and b) isn't fast food. Good for us poor people to hang out at.

What is your favorite pizza style?
I dunno, they're all fine. Maybe chicago style more than new york style, but I don't really care. Neapolitan is good too. I've been liking white pizzas/pesto pizzas more and more these days.

What is your favorite pizza restaurant?
I dunno; I liked Old Chicago, that's a good staple. I've had Mellow Mushroom twice, I quite liked it. Really any generic pizza place is fine, but I've never ordered a full new york pizza, really just 1 or 2 slices when somewhere for a lunch. ninjaedit: california pizza kitchen is pretty good too.

Takeout I prefer papa johns or pizza hut to dominoes. Vocelli's was really good when I had that some years ago.

What are your favorite toppings?

Spinach, cheeses (either as cheese blends or feta/goat cheese), onions, mushrooms, tomatoes, green peppers, pesto, garlic (I do not like the garlic sauce on takeout though)
when I order take out (eg papa johns) I get jalapeno and pineapple.

I don't like meats on pizza (regardless of me trying to not eat much meat; in general it just makes things so greasy. I guess that's also why I am liking pesto or "white" pizzas a lot more too)

What is your favorite frozen pizza?
Marifano I guess is the brand. I've frequently get this one (only one I've tried) but I would try all their flavours:

I forget price off the top of my head, I would guess $6-7 for it.

I've had some very mediocre/baddish mushroom like frozen pizza. I think I'll just stick to cheese dominant frozen pizzas (whether a 4 cheese, a spinach and cheese, etc).

How do you like to prepare pizza when you make it homemade?
I don't. Only thing I do sometimes is buy the super cheap cheese frozen ones (the $1-3 range) and add green pepper, jalapeno, and onions to it when I bake it.

How much are you willing to spend on a good pie?
cheap range 1-2.50 USD (cheese no toppings)
frozen range 6-8.5 USD (I skip over the 4-5 range)
restaurant depends on size, generally aim to feed 1 person for 12 USD (i.e. make 2 meals out of it), 2 for 16, 3 for 20.
those prices are consistent with take out pizzas too (get like 5-5-5 deals--3 medium pizzas approx. $5-6 each; or can get like a 10 or 20% off just googling coupons, etc).

I've never ordered with 2 before /forever alone

So my favorite pizza is sauce, pepperonis, and a light mix of ground beef and sausage on the top. Preferably not very crispy. Let the hate mail begin.

Hand-tossed with the crust on the thick side. It has to be able to hold a lot.

Dominos when keeping the cost low. Local places when going for more specialized pizzas.

Mushrooms, beef, ham, venison, extra cheeses.

Don't really have a favorite aside from microwaveable packs.

Baked in oven using leftovers and extra butter.
