If anyone has any idea about how to balance particular World Wonders, please write you thoughts. But remember, it would be nice if these ideas were supported by multiple gameplays and comparisons, not only looking at them (I look at them and the feel nice, so looking is not enough :c5happy: ).
Not really a balance issue, but...

Gate of the Sun on the hardest wonder difficulty, does not in fact, allow you to work mountains, despite saying it gives them yields which in turn implies that it would let you work the mountains it gave yields to. As it requires both a mountain and a lake to be built when on that difficulty, it feels real bad.

I've tested this across numerous games over various versions and never did I ever get the ability to work mountains and thus didn't get any of the yields from them that the tooltip promised.

I believe that it works as Machu Picchu, it just gives yields to city for surrounding mountains, it doesn't require to work them. If you want to work mountains try Inca or Tibet.

Exactly.

Quick v22.7 addressing some issues:
Code:
- Mohenjo-Daro now excludes Water Mill;
So if I build Mohejo-Daro I will not be able to build Water Mill. But if I already have Water Mill before building it, will the Well be also constructed? It was kinda unclear in earlier discussion.

The Strength of Wonders needs to be looked at. They give quite a bit more strength than normal Defensive buildings. The Crak-de-Cheavliers, for example gives +20! CS to the City. That's +12 over Castles.

Wait until you try conquering a city with a fresh Red Fort :lol: Free Arsenal from 3 tech tears later.
I actually don't know if it's a More Wonders thing or base VP thing after the addition of Bastion Fort, but I kinda like how super powerful it is now. Previously, it wasn't that interesting and didn't change much, considering its main benefit was defense which may not be ever used.

It's a base thing. Arsenal has +1 range and Red Fort has +1 range, so you get a 4 range city, which is kinda epic.

Which reminds me: Missile Silo building

Second try, no problem. Nothing in the lua.log and the game starts. Maybe a wrong manipulation on my part. I'll leave you the message just in case.

You won't construct Mohenjo if Water Mill is inside.

It is a copy (file) with micro changes, so VP should know about it.

I'm pretty sure I'm using latest version
I checked and it works. When you start constructing the Mohenjo and in the meantime you will research Masonry, Water Mill will not show on the building list to construct. When you cancel it or not start in time (before researching Masonry, Mohenjo becomes anavailable and only Water Mill shows on the list.

v23 is on for the testing (I will leave v22.8 as a backup if something is wrong):
Code:
- added 2 new World Wonders:
    - Moray Terraces (Education);
    - JFK Space Center (Rocketry, Freedom)
- numerous text fixes and corrections;

Something to report, I play with V22.8 and VP 4.15.2, then I build Great Zimbabwe, but my new unit didn't get any extra XP, is this a bug or did I misunderstand something?

I believe that theming bonuses for new WW are less than in base VP. For example, I lose culture when I place GW from museums to Museum Island
