I actually dont know if I am allowed to vote in both primaries or not. (I've never voted in a presidential primary before in Ohio)

If I am allowed, I will vote for Mitt Romney. If I can only vote in one...then I'll vote in the democrat one.

I read somewhere (and it seems true to me) that McCain, vaunted independent and favorite son of moderates in 2000, has embraced the hardcore Bushie agenda, and in doing so has alienated the moderates and yet hasn't won over any hardcore Bushies that remember his past.

Whups.

It's like McCain and Hillary are two sides of the same coin.

Hillary can pander to the center all she wants but she won't win the moderates who don't already support her, and doing so bleeds progressive support.

Every time McCain says he "stands behind the President" or Hillary makes a speech about flag burning, they gain no votes and lose hundreds of thousands.

if Kerry had taken over in 04, our wifes and girl friends would be wearing a cloth to cover there face by now.

Don't laugh, folks. Lots of rightwingers actually believe that this a war to determine America's survival and whether or not we will be "placed under sharia law."

Just check out some rightwing blogs and forums like powerlineblog.com and freerepublic.com

********, but hey I guess they gotta make a connection to the Nazis somehow.

And amazingly, they are fighting this war of survival from their computer in their basement.

first off, paragraphs are your friends:)

first off the M-16 was deloped in 1956 my armlite for the US military, it was set to be replaced along time ago, it never was, there are assult rifles that have been presented that are alot more effective but the government refuses to replace the M-16, heck the M-4 is just a Carbine version of the M-16A4 nothing more.

This is something I can almost see where your coming from. The former and current presidents have been apathetic at best on new fire-arms, I refer you to the fact this quote

"The US Army has again delayed the procurement of its future infantry weapons, this time for more than five years, and is working to field two interim guns in the meantime."-Jane's Defence Weekly, April 26 2006 (Vol 43, page 30)

As for fox news, they are the only ones i can trust, after hearing some of the bull that NBC, ABC, and CBS have said, and there very clear bias towards bush, it is actully to the extreme bias that in time past i hear personal feelings stated on the news as to why they personally dont like bush, that is not news, that is personal bias and i will not have it.

We all know that Fox is unbiased:rolleyes: When every news outlet reports Libby being accused on 4 (or was it five?:dunno: ) Foxs headline is that he was acquitted on one.

Why do i say we will be overthrown, because a democrats viewpoint is to make peace not war, never ever make war, peace is always possible and we never need war, democrats opperate on appease, when terrorists attacked in 1993, we said oh plz dont do that, and when they attacked embassies in 95 we slapped there hand and didnt take any action, and then in 2000 with the USS Cole clinton ignored it, and in 2001 with 9/11 Bush said enough is enough, and launced a full scale war.

Ok have you ever tried running your posts through a spell-checker? Or retaking English classes? I don't like deciphering posts.

As to your issues, look at a history book. If we start the list at the Mexican-American war(before that point it's difficult to fit for that period politics into the way they work now, I mean at first actively campaigning for office was thought vulgar!) The list of wars fought go's Democrats:5 Republicans:4 In other words our presidents have fought wars when needed, not because of their party.

Why did we take out IRaq, because they where a threat, we launed a premptive stirke and im fine with that, we need to take out our enemies before they take us out. The way most think today is that war is wrong, we should mind our own bussiness and it doesnt matter if a tyrant kills 10 million kurds, its not our problem, we will say dont do that and move on, its a bad idea, bad policy and makes the US look like fools to terrorism.

The reason the Dems don't support the war in Iraq is because A: Hussein had no ties to al-Qaeda. B:Our choices are to either feed more troops into the blender or leave the Iraqis to constant civil war and/or brutal dictatorship. C. Iraq had no way to attack us anyways.

So basically the best thing to do is plunge the whole region into chaos, give Iran (who is a threat) a serious chance to peel off territory. Kill our military forces off and generally keep America safe? Thank you, I was so confused on the right thing to do.

I dont care how the world sees america, as long as we are strong and can defend our selves i could care less how many nations hate us, the EU is nothing but Cowards, and the UN is a broken pile of ****

Ya! why on earth should Hussein give U.N inspectors free reign? any one who says otherwise is a liberal-god hating-U.N kissing-communist!

Ron Paul 08'!

I've never heard of being able to vote in both primaries; generally you vote for the primary of the party you're registered in. If you're not registered to a party, you get to choose. But if you do get to vote in both, let me know; I'll have to try and get residency in Ohio just for that...
