Also is France a monarchy at this point? The mod's history says that they've put the Orleanists back as powerless figurehead monarchs a la Victor Emmannuel III, but I've always felt that militant republican fascism works kind of better.

Actually, you do have the CSA. It wasn't highlighted because of a clerical error

In the mod, yeah they did do that, but I found that detail kind of silly so I just didn't include it here.

It doesn't (or at least it shouldn't), from looking at the map the northern half of Belgrade is just east of the Croatian border though. Either that, or there's my lack of mapmaking skill for you.
