1. Write the first 16 chapters of an epic saga acclaimed as the best story on the forums.
2. Quit writing the story, and leave the thread for a year and a half (or however long it was).
3. Just when even the most die-hardy fans of the story have started to give up hope of it ever being finished, return and post the epic beginning of another chapter!!!
4. Stand back and bask in the adulation!
