I've largely given up on Arabic class and am often turning in papers late for another class. I still have good grades, I believe, but I've been skipping for some of the only times I can remember. Arabic class is just dull repetition and memorization of textbooks written in a very conservative, religious way, and it's an online course early in the day. Plus, I'm about to graduate and I already have more than enough credits to graduate already.

If it's an online course, then you can leave it be for a couple years, focus on getting your degree, then pick up the language when you have free time.

I could, but it's a regular university course, just online. If I gave up on it, my GPA would probably drop a good bit, possibly costing me scholarships.

Can you just drop it? That won't kill your GPA.

It's much too late for that.

And my professor in the other class kinda chewed me out a little via email for my inability to even start the papers for her class by the due date. I just don't know how to begin writing them and procrastinate so much that I don't ask for help until it's too late.

What's worse, I could have had her recommendation for an internship position at a translation agency her friend runs. I wonder if it's even worth the bother of applying now...

Bah, buckets of time. By the time I was in my last quarter I was starting essays an hour before they were due.

And I have very little resolve to do them.
And I doubt they'll get approved anyway

There are one or two threads that deal with police brutality where this might fit better, although you may have to go back a few pages to find them.
