People who ride electric scooters on the sidewalk when there are perfectly acceptable streets or bike lanes right next to the sidewalk. Like, literally the first thing that turns up when you google "Minneapolis Electric Scooters" is RIDING ELECTRIC SCOOTERS ON THE SIDEWALK IS NOT ALLOWED.

Should I become Emperor of the World, what would be a good punishment for these barbarians?

Yo I saw a bike cop biking on the sidewalk right next to a two-way bike lane today

I used to get infuriated by this too (and have ranted about it) until I started trying to ride on city streets with 50 mph speed limits. It's not just the drivers that are dangerous but the debris/rocks their tires kick up too. Now I get on the sidewalk for part of my bike journey to the library because I don't want to die. Bikes need completely separate lanes from traffic, bike lanes aren't enough. And when bike lanes do exist, they get co-opted as a passing or turning lane by drivers more than they get used by bikes around here.

The bike path there is protected. When I saw him, I biked past him on the bike path. And the roads are all 25 mph in that area.

I ride on the sidewalk sometimes when I'm too tired to do it in the actual street without a bike path (gotta go fast), but there aren't really any 50 mph roads around here with bike paths, so if there's a bike path I'm gonna be there unless there are, you know, cars obstructing it...

The trick to riding on the sidewalk, or price of it, is riding real slow...

My mom and I went and got Flu Shots yesterday. I have never noticed any side effects of vaccinations before, but right now really I feel as if I have the flu. I have a terrible headache, body aches (starting at the injection site, but now much worse in my lower back), and a fever of 101.9 degrees Fahrenheit.

I might also be bleeding from the ass a little. On Labor Day morning when I took a big dump there appeared to be a lot of blood in the toilet. I had never seen that before or since, but when I just wiped after a rather wet fart the toilet paper looked dark pink instead of brown. If that has been going on for a while unnoticed it could explain why my hemoglobin test at the Red cross blood drive in July showed a hemoglobin level too low to donate, or why at my physical last month the size and number of by red blood cells was too low despite the hemoglobin being back in the normal range.

My mom and I went and got Flu Shots yesterday. I have never noticed any side effects of vaccinations before, but right now really I feel as if I have the flu. Front bike brake came loose and started rubbing the wheel again, just from normal bumps and jolts from riding. I tried to tweak it and the set screw stripped.

Yeah that's what I'm thinking but I can't spend the money on it. Also, my basket is screwed down pretty tight but today I noticed it was shifting around and the metal around the fasteners is beginning to wear.

I feel that, but bike brakes should run pretty cheap, like under $20 (edit: nvm not for good ones - still, not too expensive but I understand you have financial problems from being unemployed and having to move etc). I'd take it in to a shop and see what the mechanics (or whatever they call them when they work on bicycles) say.

Get to a doctor sooner rather than later. It could be something serious.
