Get yourself on his contact list of translators. You never know when he might get back to you. Establish yourself as a quality, reliable, deadline, oriented resource.

Not going to work. Besides, I did tell him that I'd do it (at the very least) for a clean payment (no costs to me) of 600 euros. And I can guarantee you he won't write back.

It may not be the pay you'd want, but it's more than nothing. I'm doing 50,000 words this month and not getting so much as a penny.

He isn't offering to pay 600 euros. His offer was a bizarre 220 euros. And no one should ever translate 20.000 words for that

Possible law: when a YouTube creator uploads a thumbnail picture with their face in it, they should have to upload an accompanying video showing all the photos they took to make it. I feel like this would cut down on the number of people with their eyes bugged out and mouths hanging open if we got to see them do it over and over and over again.

Well, I actually found one where the guy does it!

He show you how to make da YouTube tumnail. But you have to have the expensive Photoshop software... even though everything I saw in his video I can do with my Paint Shop Pro 7 from 2000.

I'm BLUE. As you can see, I want to go up. But RED has taken it upon themselves to find a way to interfere with this and put neither them nor I any closer to our goal. I was looking at videos of goats jumping around earlier and it lead to me googling up various things about goats. I found this website that seemed perfect for a sort of goat n00b like me.

And then right at the end.. without warning.. there is a RECIPE. YOU MONSTERS.

I read back and only ONE part of the text implied anything about goat slaughter. It was a point about how one of the breeds was NOT good for eating! All the other details are all about how awesome these goats are, what they eat, how beautiful and majestic they are, some of their habits, and so on. Milking is mentioned but that's as far as they go

The lead-up to the recipe gives you zero hints that it's coming next. It's so awkwardly just appended to the end without a thought. The whole beginning of the article is amazing shots of live goats, explanations of how amazing they are, what they do, what they eat, different breads. and then BAM a recipe out of nowhere. It's almost like it was designed like propaganda or something
