Well, the good news is that you're not a dhampyr.

It doesn't feel like it. I mean yeah, I'm making good money and I'm somewhat of an important person at the company (in the sense that most are at least familiar with my name and what I do), but at times I still feel like I'm a bottom rung worker with how I get treated. That's why I was hoping for that promotion. That promotion would have been the first step into becoming part of the senior leadership at the company.

From what you post about them I never thought you'd want to become part of that senior leadership… although, now that I think of it, you getting in would mean one of them getting out.

That feeling when you ordered something from Amazon, really hoped it would come tonight, but when you check the delivery status you learn it is chilling at the post office sorting center 20 minutes away.
And the sorting center is next to a place you already were going!

My mother's throwing a tantrum because I won't give her money to buy cigarettes. She spent all her money.

Cutting it suddenly can be so depressing though. She can cut it down regularly while buying cheaper cigarette to slowly cut the budget to zero, or use some therapist to stop smoking.

Spotify account got compromised, and I was blessed with Spotify's approach to security because of it.

That is, their approach doesn't exist. They "don't share that data" when it comes to wanting to see devices logged into your account, and the only reason I found out my account was compromised was because my phone's Spotify player popped up saying that it was playing Spanish music on Firefox. I don't listen to Spanish music and I don't use Firefox.

Beyond that, no email, no warning about a new login, nada. Just sorta accidentally found out. So I changed my password and signed out every device, but I know now that I just have to wait long enough for it to be compromised again and there'll be no way for me to know unless I vigilantly check my history.

Welcome to my Netflix experience. After trying to fix the problem and discovering that I was getting an Italian-language message in my email pertaining to what I was saying to their customer service on the phone, I realized that their security is beyond crap. So I told them to cancel my account and never accept another in my name (certainly not one that's in Italian). Then I had to notify my bank and other financial places I deal with that they were not to authorize any payments to Netflix under my name, because it wouldn't be me.

Which is all incredibly frustrating, because the only other way to finish the series I was watching is to buy the DVD sets.

15? That means more than 10 packs of cigs from where I live. If she is not corporating and cant cut it to half, dont give her, if she able to corporate and having a commitment to decreased it then she can have it. In this condition the most important thing is her commitment to stop if she doesnt have it, just cut it away from her.

Im an avid smoker myself, it is my guilty pleasure but I used my own money for that. But if others paid for my cigs, that's mean I must humble myself for the silly hobby that I have. If I live with my parents, wife or children's money, thats mean they are my captain and I should support their monetary plan and felt deeply grateful for their tolerance over my stupid habbit.

In short, you seems like the backbone of the family hence you are the captain of the ship.

While where I live I got someone coming to my house and massage for 3 hour for 10 usd, I can call someone to cleans my whole house for 10 usd, 10 usd means more than a pack of cig lol if a pack of cig cost 10 usd there will be a revolution here, I wonder what does 10 usd means from country to country.
