America is under a fascist dictatorial iron-fisted rule by Puritan uber-prudes who will slap you, literally and litigiously, within a split-nanosecond of even the smallest of slip-ups. :mischief:
What will happen when the Democrats are replaced by the Republicans then?
Sometimes I wonder how I'm related to the unholy infernal demon-spawn from hell known as my younger brother.
You live in a capitalistic society. Think of him as to what he's worth.

FREE LABOUR.
I'm more of a museum guy, less of a beach guy. More Europe than Asia. Though I went to KL/Cambodia/Vietnam back in July and thoroughly enjoyed it (but not because of the museums; they don't have the same funds to put into a top class museum). I'm bound to go to Bali sometime, but I have to go to Europe next year (though hoping to hit up Japan/South Korea on the way), owing to uni in Munich. So I'll be attempting to go to the places in Europe I haven't been.
C'mon, admit that you're simply sampling girls from all over the world to see which ones're the best-looking ones.
Spain is also on my list, though I'll be heading straight for Granada. :D
Don't forget Barcelona. It's best city in Spain, and I'm not biased at all... :mischief:
For two more years. Two!

Eastern European governments like frustrating my plans. I've been wanting to do a Belarus-Ukraine-Moldova route, but the visa requirements are a pain. I need one for each of them, which you apply for at an embassy or consulate. Which, for Belarus and Moldova, Australia does not have. So I'd have to plant myself in London or Berlin for enough days to get at least two visas done, without being able to go anywhere due to lack of passport. Which pretty much rules out August/September 2013, meaning it'd have to be March/April 2014. They also require bookings/invitations, which are hard to get a long way out (because you have to plan too far ahead).

The tricky part is how you actually get between Belarus, Ukraine and then Moldova. If you go from Ukraine to Moldova, you have to go through Transnistria. Which I really wouldn't mind at all, but seeing as the Moldovan government doesn't have control over that border, when you try to leave Moldova, they'll think you've entered illegally. If I try it in reverse, entering Belarus becomes trickier.

Annoyingly, lots of people (e.g. UK citizens) don't actually need Ukrainian or Moldovan visas, which means less information exists on how to get them, or what's involved.

I may have to settle for Kosovo-Macedonia-Albania-Montenegro-Croatia-BiH in August/September 2013 instead.
I'm leaving for Poland-Ukraine-Belarus-Lithuania on the 2nd of January with a school trip. Any places you would reccomend in Lviv or Minsk?

Move to America!

 why did I expect an answer like that :D?

Turns out that it was their mistake. Hope no more problems will arise.

I somehow missed my 4 year CFC anniversary...

And I missed my 3 year anniversary. :(

At latest after the second you should treat it like an aging woman: Don't talk about the anniversaries, it gets too embarrassing .

Why would anybody want to travel there? You can get alcohol and hookers also cheape in the Czech republic.

:D

At which point lawsuits will be replaced by public executions. ;)

Not really any one thing, he's just kind of an asshat sometimes.
For a moment, I thought he was hogging your Steam again ;).

Well, that too, but I'm more mad that he keeps hogging my laptop.

Excuse if I  at your misadventures with your dear brother.
Spoiler :

That should be a rave!

EDIT: and my rant

Link to video.
Just saw this commercial today. Such a terrible way of doing things. You don't try to get people to drive safely by making trying to make it look like some facist police state, geez.

Christmas is well and truly over now- everyone who came back for it have disappeared to their respective parts of the country (or in one case, continent) and now it's just us that are left behind.

I think I'd hate to live in a big city, but at times like this small town, parochial, life can be pretty unbearable, too

Then why do you live in Perth.

I am fine with some heat, but this spell is the longest in 20 years, so it is not all that common. So it is fine for me to rant about this weather and hopes it goes away. Ironically my brother loves the heat, but he went to Sydney and he got cool. He complained that people in Sydney were going to the beach when it was 24C. That is utter madness.

Portal 2 has taken all day to download and is still only at 91%. I hope I can get in some playtime tonight :(

Quick, yell at the Steam Servers to work at peek efficiency! :p

It'll be worth it.

Once one of my games got stuck in a weird update loop where it would get to 99% and then start updating again. I think I had to delete the game entirely and redownload it.

For a time, TF2 loves to keep validating itself. Apparently Hat Fortress 2 wants some love :p.
