Someone got raped on campus yesterday in broad daylight, less than a 3 minute walk from the busiest square on campus. Combined with a recent homicide, a very publicized mugging-shooting and an armed robbery people are starting to get seriously terrified over here.

No wonder. Hell, thats pretty scary. Quite an unsafe place, methinks.

I think I did eventually end up paying for it. Couldn't lose the only Clinic on the island. Cheaper than rebuild + Quick Build. They did put out a few fires later on. Just have to make sure there's enough of them, I guess.

I've had two fully staffed fire departments ignore fires before. Its a real waste of high school educated people, save those guys for police and factory jobs.

I think you're right. It seems like I just give myself a headache trying to ensure they put out the fire.

Yeah, don't bother with fire departments until you have a large base of high school educated people to spare, or if you're on the island with like three volcanoes.

That looks like a back door, the front door is where all the huge pillars and Tropican flags are.

Why would the back door have a grand set of steps to it? There also doesn't seem to be a door on the back anyway.

Because the building is built at a higher level than the grounds around it and people need a realistic way to get in and out of the building without ruining their pants? Same reason most places have stairs, really.

And stairs don't work unless attached to the back of a building?
