IF you were looking to hire a secretary, would you hire someone coming in wearing a nice dress or business slacks or suit or whatever, or someone in torn jeans and a tank top? Appearance does matter.

Well, some people here apparently don't care for such conventions.

Then I'll post in Comic Sans MS until April Fools' Day is over.

As long your posts don't get published in a scientific journal I'm okay with that.

Curious about one thing though: do you have to set the font every time? Or does it save automatically?

So, appearance matters because.... appearance matters. It doesn't seem to make much sense as an explanation.

However, given no other information, if someone rushes towards me waving a meat cleaver above their heads, my natural judgement is that they don't mean me well.

Similarly, given no other information, someone wearing torn jeans applying for a job, and I suspect either they don't particularly want the job, or they're too poor to remedy the situation.

I have to set it every time, but I just use the text editor in advanced replies (such as this, which was a quote), and for quick replies I can type it qutie fast, I'm getting used to it.

Toiday was not a good day for me.

i woke up earlier than i shoudl due to a blocked ear, requiring me to clean it, which was highly unpleasant.

then one friend pranked me as a joke, but i reacted to that prank wrong.
