This bar is full of hipsters.

Same **** as always. Hate my dad and step-mom, hate the fact that I can't find someone who even likes me as more than a friend, and just tired of putting up with all of the bs that I put up with. The only thing I'm looking forward to at the moment is going to my mom's house in Wisconsin on Monday until next Sunday, but that's just a momentary break from everything.

Rant: I feel like lately I've just been stuffing myself at every meal. I hate it, but I keep doing it.

I don't want to reverse the weight loss I've already had, and I can't tell if I am or not :(

I don't really want to trust the diet industry, rather do it my own simple way.

Which seems to be working, except the annoying little thing above.

If your diet is working and you're still healthy, that's a rave!

Paul McKenna is a hypnotherapist rather than a dietician. He doesn't actually recommend any particular diet - other than your normal run-of-the mill healthy eating. It's a matter of changing your mind-set, I think.

But still, I don't understand what you mean by "I can't tell if I am or not."

You've surely tried weighing yourself.

I guess it is to a degree :)

I lack a scale out here, so I have to eyeball everything.

Yeah, ok. Buy a half-gallon soda and help find a cure for diabetes. Sure. Whatever this state is, desperately needs some Mayor Bloomberg ^

Half a gallon? Are you Americans completely bonkers?? Quite frankly, you'd be far better off donating the $3 to diabetes research directly and then you'll be a lot less likely to need the research in the future!

No lies, I'd drink it at least once, just to say I did. It would help wash down the dorito locos and cool ranch tacos from Taco Bell.

I have drank two-liter bottles of store-brand Mountain Dew in the course of one afternoon, back when the convenience store next to my school sold them for 99 cents.

You Muricans are crazy people :crazyeye:

That is the ugliest 64 fl oz mug I've ever seen. It lacks a handle, and doesn't even have NASCAR mentioned on it.

Here is one of my 64oz mugs, with a usb flash drive for size comparison. Just took that pic moments ago for this thread.

Spoiler :
