"Any particular time I should expect you?"
"No, we can't really give you an exact time." (so basically just 'thursday')

EDIT: Okaaaaay... freaky timing. They just called to say they were on their way, so um, apologies to the HVAC dude for this rant. I mean, just moments after I posted this they called.

I suck at basically every sport you have to throw stuff (except Baseball), Because I throw everything like a baseball (or hit it like one in Tennis).. Lol. I am pretty good at soccer because you kick it, except I haven't played that in years.
