Computer restarted for update while I was playing AND (it didn't warn me). I have to now load from the autosave, and lose a bit of progress. At least I'm not at war.

Well, I see telemarketers not so much as soulless machines but as pitiable unfortunates who were forced to get one of the most unpleasant jobs in existence. But I figure a quick "no thank you!" followed by hanging up is enough from me.

I just realized that I forgot to pay the $120 fee to sit for the FE exam, and so will probably have to wait until May to take it instead of taking it this Saturday as I expected. I paid a $25 registration fee and turned in the form in April, but that was just the first step in the process as I was supposed to then register online with the secretary of state's office and pay the larger fee by the September 12 deadline. This means I'll probably have to wait about 6 months after my December graduation in order to get my EIT license, which could make finding a good job soon difficult.

I was uploading a large file that took 2 hours. 30 seconds before it finished the internet went down for an hour. Now I have to upload the whole damn thing again. They were working on the lines and there was no notification. If there was I wouldve saved the upload till later And then I was working on something offline and my mom randomly pulled out the fuse thinking it would fix the internet (????) and the computer went out. She says that she was trying to "reboot the power lines" (I dont understand this)

Yes its the same lurker.. You have to register to read my board and an unposted member keeps coming on and looking around and theyre scaring the crap out of me.

My college is spamming me with emails telling me to "vote and win a prize!!" The prize is an iPad. What the hell would I do with an iPad? I cant even vote anyways (Im only part-time) so WHY THE HECK ARE THEY SENDING ME ALL THESE DAMN EMAILS???????? . Couldnt they set up the thing to only send to full-time?

Get a seperate e-mail account. Put all the stuff that will send you useless e-mails in one account (which should never be checked) and use the useful e-mail account.

Apparently my history teacher thinks i'm a bad writer, and truth be told I am. I dont see how i can major in history when i suck at research and my writing quality stinks. I guess history isn't the major for me even though its my passion.

I am horrible at math but love science, is there any science where i don't have to take advanced math courses to get a degree in it?

EDIT: The lurkers back on my forum. I dont know what the heck that person wants. I checked the IP its from Mass (I cant spell the entire state name) but I dont know anyone from there.
