Cleary other people don't think that.

Given your propensity to be right and well-spoken on CFC debates, I find that suspect.

Today's already a horrible day. I woke up way too late. My schedule is messed up. I've been told I did something horrible to another person and it reminds me I'm really the scum of the earth who should belong in a psychiatric prison rather than out in public. The internet drops out even more than usual so when I want to escape from reality to here I end up even more annoyed and frustrated. And I'm working extra hours today too, it can't go well the way I'm feeling now.

I've never been able to shake the feeling that I would've spared a lot of people a lot of pain if I had killed myself eleven, twelve years ago, and some days I feel it more strongly than others. This is one of those.

Don't think like that. Any kind of bad attitude could be reversed. Life is to precious to just end like that. I once heard of a man from Tennessee or something, and he was emotionally unstable. At one point in his late teens he tried to hitchike a ride and ended up killing to people inside. Obviously that was a horrible mistake, and he realized that. He did not end up going to prison, because he went into hiding. They found the man in hiss 50's, living in another state, being a model citizen. He corrected his life without the help of any others. He did lost of volunteer stuff, and everyone liked him. I must say, if I was a close relative of one of the people he killed, I would have forgave him.

EDIT: You to Mathalamus!

Oookay, you lads seriously need
a)a shrink.
b)to spend more time out in fresh air.

A couple of internet hugs and delicious cookies could also be added to that list.

don't worry guys, ill be fine. i just need to concentrate on happy memories, and stay concentrated.

i found out how to do that with the minimum of effort, but it makes me quite fragile as a result. one insult or demotivate or anything can send me crashing and burning, needing to pass before i can do it again.

and all this is happening a bit too much recently...

In addition to my above post, I'm also going to agree with Takhisis, GET MORE FRESH AIR! I'm pretty sure there has been studies about this, but you can literally feel your mood being uplifted when being outdoors just for the sake of being outdoors. The less urban, the better. Try to find a forest and just wander around yourself, go for a bike ride, or anything like that. You need to appreciate what life has put up to offer all around you, and it makes you feel so much better.

Also you could start listening to music, and not that bloody rap, pop, or metal stuff. I must admit there are some good pop and rap stuff, but don't just listen to the stuff thats all about having sex and all that bull. Listen to relaxing, happy, realistic, and good things, get an ipod and some good quality headphones (50 US dollars could get you a nice pair. Here are some good songs to start you off.

Spoiler :
No words but, still this guy is amazingly talented and is probably my favorite song to relax to.
Canon in D Remix - Ronald Jenkees

This is a great song by Basshunter, He's got some epic beats. It's an awesome remix of the original. He has great songs for people who like lots of, well bass. You might also want to check out "Russia Privjet" if you really like the bass.
Please Don't Go - Basshunter

This is a more mainstream song, but is still great and relaxing.
I'm Yours - Jason Mraz

Just like the original, but sung beautifully. Similar to the song above.
Somewhere Over the Rainbow - Israel "IZ" Kamakawiwo'ole

If there was a video game that no parent should deny their kid, it should be this one or LB2. The music and the game itself is so uplifting.
Gardens Theme - LittleBigPlanet Soundtrack

How 'bout gettin some exercise? getting outdoors is ok, but when you do a bit of cardio, you let out a lot of demons and nothing feels better than chilling out to music after a good shower post-workout.

Better than cookies, scones with cream and jelly are.
Just contain your inner evil, and you'll be fine.
Don't listen to him! Help me conquer the world!

This might be helpful as well. (whole playlist's good IMHO)

Seriously, confinement makes people feel depressed.

Just listen to unceasing I've got the power.

LOL, that'll work.

I also have to agree with him here. May I recommended running? That tired feeling feels so good after you have a good workout, lets you know your getting somewhere. Also, don't do it on the treadmill, do it outside. Me and many others also prefer running not on sidewalks or streets but in grass, any kind of trail or path that wasn't made with pavement.

Or else do some trekking…

Oh I didn't know there was a word for it! Have you ever done it? I'd love to do it sometime (well I have, but only for an hour or so, and it's not too difficult to find your way back).

That is quite uplifting. Maybe we should make a thread for it?:)

Trekking? Yes, but it's difficult in a city with over 13 million inhabitants. I still can just go on wlaking around the place taking random turns now and then provided I don't get anywhere too dodgy.

Over at A&E, might work. But I find punk music uplifting…
