I've got a rave of my own somewhere. But I've forgotten what it is, for the moment.

Oh yeah. I remember. I've just finished the last published Game of Thrones book. And I've read that the next one, Winds of Winter, isn't due out till later this year and possibly not till 2017! Yay!

Bad news is: it might be a 1500 page tome. Gah! I can read 500 pages in two days. So 1500 is almost a whole week of my life! Why doesn't the guy write less? He's just making it up as he goes along anyway.

Mostly it goes well cause i do not project any anxiety to people in the audience/room, cause it doesn't have to do with them anyway. So in effect they do not appear as an obstacle by now.

That said, it did help that the place had less people than expected (euro demonstrations, and Saturday/Valentine etc being a factor there too), so there were 30 people all around. The hall could take up to 100 seated people. But it was a good night and i spoke without a text, and was commented positively upon by some in the audience ^^

Saw a dangerous driver get nabbed by a speed camera van.

The guy he was tailgating was sticking to the (low) speed limit but pulled in a bit to let him overtake and speed away... just ahead of the camera van.

A female has entered my life. I'll be gone for five months in Germany starting in two weeks, but after that, we'll get together. We had a lot of fun for a first date.

Well, it might not be severe depression is what I'm guessing, I didn't realize the difference until it was too late.

I agree. A severely depressed person likely wouldn't cheer up after talking to a pretty girl.

Actually, I'm not comfortable talking about this. I mean no offence, Mr Phrossack. It's just the way it seemed to me.

But in any case, finding someone special can make the colours brighter, the world seem a finer place, and the most overcast day suddenly seem pleasant. At least for a while.

That is true. Whether it is someone cool to have sexytimes with, or simply a family member or good friend who's there for you, that's always welcome.
