I'm not talking about self control as in "not raping somebody". Obviously that's never the victims's fault and everyone regardless of age should know better. I'm talking about distractions that provoke daydreams and inopportune diversions of blood flow.
It's not unreasonable if a school decicdes -together with the parents like in the case you linked- has guidelines about what is and isn't appropriate. Wear whatever you want in your free time.

Sometimes, the youtube algorithm really knows what you want to see. Donald Glover's comedy routine must be the most funny thing I've seen since I discovered Bill Burr.
Why does Germany not have proper comedians on that level? We only have clowns making childish jokes while acting funny.

I honestly can't tell if you're serious or not.

Everybody chooses what they wear based on what they want to present to others. Guys can't wear provocative clothing either, it's just that males tend to be "provocative" in different ways than females.
