I think I first entered OT eight years ago - any bias I might have shown in that time has already been stored in the heads of those inclined to worry about those sorts of things, regardless of what I might think.

I didn't really research this in depth, just checked a few profiles of regular OTposters. that have been here for more than five years.
I also didn't look into the Civ game subforums because there are many new arrivals and you can get 5+ likes every time you say the AI is bad or make some reasonable point about 1upt.

While I agree with giving Takhisis things for free, I would rather we had the earlier system where people were actually forced to reply to a post rather than simply hand out likes.

Replying to a post and saying "This" was always considered spam. Taking away likes wouldn't suddenly enhance the posting experience.
