Win two, lose 3 (2 1900 Infantry and a Lancia) (2 of 5).

See a Chinese Lancia leave Beijing and head west, away from us.

(Mere military builds (vCav -> vCav) are not recorded.)

Karakorum: Basilica -> Library in 6.
Naples: Light Industry -> Dreadnought in 9.
uppsala: Mosque -> Basilica in 4.
Pusan: Electric Power -> Mosque in 1.
Resistance in Xinjian ends. Start on Christian Community (no airport build is available).
Bien Hoa: Theatre -> Basilca in 2.
Triest: Christian Community -> Harbor in 5 (city needs to be a farm, not a producer; 80% corrupt).
Karlskrona: Railyard -> Temple in 2.
Krasnoyarsk: Bank -> Caproni Ca.3 in 2.
Shauntung: Walls -> Heavy Coastal Battery in 5 (no airport build available).

Arond the Empire, NW to SE
Three wounded Chinese Riflemen 1N-1NE of Shauntung (hill).
Five Chinese Rifles 2E of Shauntung.
Eight Chinese Rifleman (normal) 2NW of Xinjian.
Chinese Rifleman 1SW and 1S of Xinjian, one per tile.
~~~~
We lose 2 Zepplins and shoot down 2 Interceptors but the Oil and Rubber are disconnected from China (4 of 9).
We try to disconnect Anyang from greater China but cannot cut the jungle roads.
The two Chinese Riflemen at Xinjian retreat one eLancia, kill another eLancia, but both are dispatched by followup vLancias (6 of 13).
Early Tanks launder the Chinese Rilfemen 2E of Shauntung (11 of 19, 0 of 1e).
The normal Riflemen of China, 2NW of Xinjian, retreat 3 eLancias and the mere vLancias prove sterner and stronger than their allegedly elite brethern (19 of 30, 0 of 2e).
The Lancias involved move to Xinjian.
Now our land is clear.
Two Hussars are 2N of Xinjian in a jungle. 1900 Infantry retreat one and hamstring the other (21 of 32).
Move in 6 1900 Infantry to protect our exposed one. Chinese units are nearby. And our stacks that had 6 1900 Infantry were not attacked on the IBT.
Another Hussar is next to the border, protected by normal Rifle and wounded Marine Infantry. All three meet their ancestors (24 of 35).
Two of the three Chinese Hussars are now dead, the last one is redlined.
Three redlined Mayan SOTL meet Davy Jones (22 of 33).
Three Aztecs SOTLs have the same fate, along with their little Galleon (26 of 37).
Lots of Steamers in Bologna ready to head to Britian, but not just yet.
It takes 12 Worker Turns to rail a tile in CCM. Five to road, twelve to rail.
Even out our worker stacks to be 12 workers or 24 slaves. Don't like to mix them; it makes the How Many Do I Need? math more complicated.
Airlift 20 1900 Infantry overseas.
Airlifted 1 Lancia overseas, too. Didn't think we could do that.
Samaria: Wat in 11 -> Temple in 4, rushed for 48 gold; back to Wat in 7.
Budapest: Wat in 11 -> Temple in 4, rushed for 48 gold; back to Wat in 7.
Guimarães: Wat in 5 -> Town Center in 2, rushed for 16 gold; back to Wat in 1, which wastes 12 shields. I don't know how that happened; no Civil Engineers in the city, just one geek.
Usti nad Labem: Theatre in 2, rush for 112 gold -> synagogue in 2.
Bien Hoa: Basilica in 2 -> Stupa in 4.
Karlskrona: Temple in 2 -> Stupa in 4.
Nazareth: Wat in 13 -> Temple in 6, rush for 72 gold, back to Wat in 7.
[IBT]
We watch Nubian Catapults, Chariots and Pikes run around.
China whallops our 1900 Infantry that were in a jungle; we won two of 8 battles. We did well otherwise, winning 4 and losing 9 overall (30 of 50).
We did drive off one of their Early Tanks.
Amsterdam: Wat -> Mosque in 16.
Guimarães: Wat -> Mosque in 27.
Pusan: Mosque -> Stupa in 2.
Kampong Cham: University -> Wat in 2.
Livorno: Market -> University in 10.
No Chinese units intrude upon us, but many are ready to cross the border.
Poland lands one Cavalry and two Winged Hussars up in Old Viking Land.
Two North of Xinjian, in an unroaded jungle, are six Chinese units that could trespass soon.
One South and 1 Southeast of Xinjian are 15 foot units that could do the same.
~~~
We have 5 units inside Chinese borders; all are 1900 Infantry.

China has Flamethrowers on the front lines; we have one is Shauntung and one aboard a Steamer due into Shauntung this turn.

We lose one Zeppelin but the roads to Anyang are cut.
Remaining Zeppleins bomb the stack SE of Xinjian damage 7 units.

Four Mayan ships and an unprotected Mongol Galleon vanish NE of Shauntung (35 of 55).
Track down and destroy a lone Mayan Galleon (36 of 56).
eLancias polish off the Polish invasion force, though we lose one (39 of 60, 0 of 5e).

Sink 4 Aztec cripples NE of NorrkÖping (43 of 64). Still a lot of targets in the area.

Try attacking the Chinese forces in the jungle 2N of Xinjian, but we don't get the same results that China did on us, so we only attack once and die (43 of 65).
Two Chinese units are 1SE of Anyang. They lose their pigtails and we move in our forces next to the city (45 of 67).

Need rails at Rangoon.
Vientiane: Railyard in 16 -> Mosque in 2, rush for 40, back to Railyard in 15.
Resistance has ended in Xinjian, begin starving it down.
Shantung: Rush Heavy Coastal Battery for 16 gold.
Need irrigation in the south for science farms (Haarlem and Eger and other grassland in the area).
[IBT]
Our 1900 Infantry defends better in open ground than woods; we win 8 of 12 against the Chinese (53 of 79).

Both China and Mongolia drop off guests.

Byzantion: Town Center -> Academy in 16.
Usti nad Labem: Synagogue -> Town Center in 5.
Linköping: Light Industry -> Electric Power in 8.
Xinjian starves.
Padova: Bank -> Light Industry in 3.
Byblos: Market -> Light Industry in 10.
Shantung: Heavy Coastal Battery -> Worker in 10.

Around the Empire, NW to SE
Twelve Chinese Rifleman and 3 Riflemen of China are 1SW of Xinjian.
Four Canadian War Elephants and five Knights are 1S of Xinjian.
Five more of each are 1SE of Xijian.
More Canadian footsoldiers are just across the Chinese border.

Back home, five Chinese units are 1W of Norrköping.
A Mongol Keshik is 1SW of that city.
~~~
Norrköping
We lose the first eLancia attack but then sweep the rest, ridding ourselves of five Chinese and one Mongol uninvited guests (59 of 86, 0 of 11e).
Anyang
vHeavy Artillery whacks a Chinese Rifleman (60 of 87).
eEarly Tank gets a Chinese wedgie (60 of 88).
Next two do better (62 of 90, 0 of 13e).
Then we run away (62 of 91).
Then we die (62 of 92).
vEarly Tank trumps wounded Chinese Rifleman (63 of 93).
Second vET is also victorious (64 of 94).
eLancia strikes down another wounded Chinaman (65 of 95, 0 of 14e).
Lawyer gets rebuffed (65 of 96).
vLancia cannot prevail over wounded Chinese Lancia (65 of 97).
1900 Infantry hijacks the Lancia (66 of 98), but it is not the last defender.
Marine Infantry, though redlined, slaps around the last unused Lancia (66 of 99).
1900 Infantry grabs a pair of wins, but the third attack breaks the streak (68 of 102).
We win the next battle with just one shot (69 of 103).
Good News
t1854_Anyang.jpg
Anyang becomes Roman. We gain 10845 in gold. And a slave.
We have four resistors.
The Austria-Hungary Great Artist puts on a show and spreads a lot of culture.
Around Anyang are now 7 units. Five are wounded; the healthy are a pair of Rifles (both Chinese and normal).
We now have Dyes overseas.
We start on Royal Barracks.
Xinjian
We have plenty of attackers and defenders in Xinjian; enough to handle Canada. But the Chinese and their Rifles, that will be tough.
Our Zepplins do their best, but they bomb at 6 and that is less than the defense of ordinary Rilfemen. We damage 12 of the 15 units.
Five eLancia mow down 5 Canuck War Elephants (74 of 108, 0 of 19e).
Two Early Tanks finish off the last 4 War Elephants (78 of 112).
vLancias fire up the engines and start aiming at Knights; none survive (88 of 122).
Against the Chinese 2 Flamethrowers char two rChinese Riflemen (80 of 114).
eET flees a wounded Chinese Rifle (80 of 115).
eET redlines a wounded Chinese Rifle, but cannot finish it off (80 of 116).
Third eET gets rid of the last healthy unit in the stack (81 of 117, 0 of 20e).
Five vETs outperform the eETs, winnng all five attacks (86 of 122).
Seven Chinese Rifles left.
1900 Infantry deal death to the first six (92 of 128).
Hadrian's Cavlary, now an eLancia, eradicates the last one (93 of 129, 0 of 21e).
The tiles around Xinjian are now empty of Chinese and Canadians.
Back to Anyang
South of Anyang is a mountain with two wounded units on it; 2 eChinese Rifles. I don't trust our armored units, so I'll use foot soldiers.
We lose one but claim the mountain (95 of 132).
Clear three units out of the jungle we were in earlier (98 of 135).
The last two Chinamen are no more (100 of 137).
No intruders left around Anyang.
Four ship Chinese fleet left Anyang on the IBT. Three Steam Frigates and a Steamer (fully loaded, I'm sure) sail to the bottom of the ocean (104 of 141).
Off the coast of Norrköping, China's fleet flees for home, but three ships, including the steamer, won't make it; nor will two of ours (107 of 146).
The Oil tile is inside our borders. The tile 1E of it is roaded, so we will pillage that tile next turn, so that we can move and protect our workers. Move workers into Anyang.
In the homeland, I see that some units use roads, not rails, to arrive at the rally point.
We road the mountain 2NE of Shantung, to make Anyang a 5-tile trip instead of 6-tile.
A supply shipment arrives in Rome.
Load up 20 Lancia, 10 1900 Infantry and 5 slaves to invade Britian.
I counted 17 stacks of Railing Workers, 2 stacks of Railing Southeuropean Workers and 3 stacks of Railing Slaves.
Persepolis: rush Theatre for 48 gold -> Wat in 4; hire a hard hat for a few turns.
Vienna: Town Center in 3 -> Temple in 2, rush for 44 gold; back to Town Center in 2.
Samaria: Two clowns to cops and hire two more; Wat in 2, not 5.
Uppsala: Basilica in 2 -> Wat in 2.
Xinjian: rush Christian Community for 24 gold.
Reduce science to 20%; Communism in 1, +3391 gpt, 78408 gold.
We can drop to 10% and still learn it this IBT, but that puts our Taxes at 80% and Monarchy has a max tax rate of 70%.
[IBT]
Canadian Bombardes do well, winning 3 of their 4 attacks on 1900 Infantry (108 of 150). Their muskets fade into the depths of China.
Japan is destroyed by America.
China wins 2 of 2 (108 of 152).
Communism -> Atomic Theory in 9 turns at 20%.
We stay a Monarchy.
Pusan: Stupa -> Caproni Ca.3 (bomber) in 2.
Sardis: Royal Barracks -> wealth.
Xinjian: Christian Community -> Wat in 40.
Mandalay: Electric Power -> Wat in 3.
Smolensk: Market -> Electric Power in 10.
Kampong Cham: Wat -> Stupa in 3.
Supplycenter (Dyes)? Hmm.
Resistance in Anyang ends and the city riots.
4 1855 AD
Around the Empire, NW to SE
Aztec Meso Knight 1N of Rio Janerio.
Wounded Chinese Hotchkiss 1NW of Xinjian.
Three Canadian Bombardes just across the Chinese border 2SW of Xinjian.
~~~

On our fifth Zeppelin attempt we destroy the Chinese roads 1E of the Oil.

Send a scouting Lancia towards Tsingtao. It is defended by 2/3 Chinese Rifleman.
Two eETs and 2 eLancias overpower four wounded defenders (112 of 156, 0 of 25e).

Good News
t1855_Tsingtao.jpg

Tsingtao is now Roman. We gain two slaves, 11063 in gold and 9 resisters. The Royal Barracks are captured intact, no need to replace them. Start on a Christian Community.

The Rubber is not inside our borders, but the Canadian Bombardes are.

Lancias bulldoze the Hotchkiss and Bombardes (116 of 160).
It takes 2 Lancia to outgun the Rifleman of China 1SE of Tsingtao (117 of 162).
It takes another 2 more Lancia to handle a Candian Musket in the jungle east of Tsingtao (118 of 164).

Move a lot of 1900 Infantry into Tsingtao to prevent future flips.

Oil is connected overseas.

We ping things with Zeppelins.

Mainland
Norrköping is a popular invasion point as Babylon has 4 ships in the area. They do not make landfall (122 of 168).

Rio Janerio
Aztec Meso Knight is kicked off the tundra by a vLancia (123 of 169).

Increase science to 60%; Atomic Theory in 4, +1129 gpt, 92872 gold.
[IBT]
No attacks but the Canadians send a massive stack of troops against Tsingtao.

Carthage: Commerical Dock -> Ironclad in 4 (West Coast protection).
Vienna: Town Center -> Academy in 8.
Samara: Wat -> Academy in 9.
Göteborg: University -> Lancia in 4.
Memphis: University -> Early Tank in 5.
Uppsala: Wat ->
Resistance in Tsingtao ends and everyone riots.
Delphi: Academy -> Library in 20.
Sabratha: Library -> University in 10.

Visby: Commercial Dock -> Wat in 5.
Oea: Railyard -> Aqueduct in 4.
Orenburg: Bank -> Wat in 3.
Falun: University -> Electric Power in 6.
Karlskrona: Stupa -> Electric Power in 5.
Gävle: University -> Stupa in 5.
Battambang: University -> Stupa in 5.

5 1856 AD

Around the Empire, NW to SE
Polish Heavy Artillery 2NE of Anyang.
Three more Heavy Artillery and 4 Schnieder75 are across the Babylon border in a jungle.

Canada offers us 44 targets 1E of Tsingtao: 18 Arquebusiers, 5 Knights, 14 Longbow, 4 Longsword, 1 Native Brave and 2 War Elephants.
Two Inca units, Hussar and Meso Knight are 1S-1SE of Tsingtao, across the border in China.

Three Babylonian ships, Steam Frigate, Frigate and Clipper, are homing in on Norrköping.
~~~
Tsingtao
We lose three Zeppelins to China and then bomb the Canadian stack, pinging some vArquebusiers.
eEarly Tanks try to score early, crushing the healthy vArquebusiers (129 of 175, 0 of 31e).
Canada's rArqueubusiers fall to our eETs and we get an MGL (133 of 179, 1 of 35e).
Finally...
t1856_EarlyTank01_1856.jpg
Great, now what? Rubber is not connected, so we cannot build National Rubberplantage, and it is only 100 shields anyway. Supplycenter (Dyes) is a 10 shield investment, which I was planning to rush. These cities are corrupt, so that limits what we can rush.
Trajan goes to Xinjian and rushes the Wat.
Next eEarly Tank faces down a wounded vArquebusier and also produces an MGL (134 of 180, 2 of 36e).
t1856_EarlyTank02_1856.jpg
Hadrain scurries to Anyang to rush the Royal Barracks.
eFlamethrower roasts an Arquebusier (135 of 181, 2 of 37e).
Four eLancias come to join the dance of death and three survive it (138 of 185, 2 of 40e).
Our Infantry split a pair with the wounded Arquebusiers (139 of 187).
The last two Arquebusiers are now 1/4 and no longer defend.
I had wanted to attack Kiafeng, the next coastal city south of Shantung, but this Canadian stack needs our attention.
Machine gun on treads vs. Elephants; not even close (141 of 189).
Longsword surprises the first Lancia but the next two are better prepared (143 of 192).
1900 Infantry scalps the Native Brave (144 of 193).
Five Lancia joust with Knights and bullets win the day; 4 of the 5 become Elite (149 of 198).
No more fast movers; only ground pounders remain.
Seventeen Infantry attack out of Tsingtao; none fail and some promote (166 of 215).
Hadrian's Cavalry, now an eLancia, out shoots the last Canadian Longbow (167 of 216, 2 of 41e).
And the stack is gone.
Anyang
Heavy Artillery is auto-produced and I think the Schnieder75 is also. The CCMPedia for the Schnieder75 does not address if it is auto-produced or not. I don't see any other Polish units around but these puppies have some bit to them, so they need to be dealt with quickly.
We destroy three Heavy Artillery and 1 Schnieder75 and retreat one HA and three Schnieder75s. (175 of 224, 2 of 43e).
We have an e1900 Infantry inside Bablyon, in a jungle tile. Send in 6 v1900 Infantry for support.
Two eLancias hacks down an Incan Hussar and Meso Knight just inside China's border (177 of 226, 2 of 45e).
Kiafeng
We send out a reconning eEarly Tank and it dies on a vChinese Rifleman (177 of 227).
The next three eEarly Tanks displace an rRifle (normal), Lancia and the vChinese Rifleman (180 of 230, 2 of 48e).
Good News
t1856_Kaifeng.jpg
Kiafeng has new masters. We gain 7528 gold and four resisters in this size 6 city. We start a harbor.
That was almost too easy.
Send a Great Artist to Tsingtao, but that trip took 6 tiles, so no culture show this turn.
Britian
Unload our 1900 Rifles and Lancias 1S of Glasgow. We see Catapults, Chariots, Archers and Spears. Britian does not yet know Riding.
Britian does have a source of Coal.
[IBT]
And the save is attached.
New China
Spoiler :
1856_NewChina.jpg
Our new gains are visible here. Anyang, Tsingtao and Kaifeng were suprising easy to capture. All of our cities here have enough units to prevent flipping. As these cities starve down even fewer units will be needed. Right now, except for Shantung, all of our Chinese cities have hired taxmen.
Anyang needs to build/rush a Supplycenter (Dyes) after the Royal Barracks completes. That only costs 9 shields.
A Great Artist is in Tsingtao to culture bomb it next turn. This should bring the Rubber resource, 1E-1NE of the city, under our control. Then we can carefully road it and build National Rubberplantage in Tsingtao.
We have a small stack of 1900 Infantry inside Babylon, 3NE of Anyang; they were chasing down Polish artillery.
Inside China
Spoiler :
1856_InsideChina.jpg
This last turn we clobbered about 44 Canadian units 1E of Tsingtao. Looks like more of the same next turn.
Here is the breakdown of the Canadain units that can move to 1E of the city this IBT:
  • 2E: 14 units
    • 4 Arqubusiers
    • 5 Knights
    • 1 Longbow
    • 2 Longsword
    • 1 Native Brave
    • 1 War Elephant
  • 2E-1NE: 4 Units
    • 2 Arquebusiers
    • 2 Longbow
  • 3E: 16 units
    • 10 Arquebusiers
    • 4 Knights
    • 1 Native Brave
    • 1 War Elephant
Thirty four units total, with 16 Arquebusiers defending the lot. Once those are gone the rest is mostly just sitting ducks.
The Knights and War Elephants may try to get their licks in early, but there are only six of them combined. We have double that in 1900 Infantry both inside Tsingtao and 1NE of it, too. Three/Four attacking vs. eight defending. If they do attack, they will not succeed.
The rest of the stacks total to 25 foot soldiers and about half of them are Arquebusiers.
Incas have 2 Cavalry and 1 Meso Knight visible, too, but they are isolated and should be no problem. Remember, too, that in CCM Cavalry has a movement of 2, not 3 as in C3C.
We did some recon with our airforce of China's land. China has built some railroads and we have their Coal. As of yet, we do not see any Iron overseas, so rails are not an option.
Maybe we should build an airfield closer to our front lines than Shantung, until we can make rails.
Near Canton is a source of Silks which we do not have.
This is not very obvious on the map but the tile 1SE of Beijing is grass, not jungle, forest or swamp. If Beijing is weak enough, Lancias 1NE of Tsingtao could move 2NE (our grassland, China grassland), 1E (China grassland) and still have gas left to attack Beijing, now 1NE of them.
We also have 4 fortified settlers in Shantung; we could just walk them to the front line and build a city to inch us closer to Beijing, but that will take about 3 turns.
I think China's offense is over.
Random Stuff
We are invading Britian and will face their first round of counter attacks this IBT. We have 1900 Infantry; they have Catapults and Chariots. It will be carnage.
Japan is dead, but not by us.
I think we have plenty of Steamers, but I did not change any Steamer builds.
We are sailing one Steamer of five Early Tanks per turn from Sparta to Shantung.
Lancias can airlift to China.
Several differnt convoys of AI ships starting at Giza (north of Rome) and heading back northwest. Our closest forces are healing this turn in Norrköping. They can tear apart the Babylonian ships next turn, but the crippled China and Mongols boats are too far away to catch.
Most aircraft have to be make the trip overseas in stages. Planes in Sparta can rebase overseas with no issue. Planes in Da Nang fly to Livorno first, then Sparta, then China.
I have kept our workers and slaves into Rail-A-Tile-In-One-Turn stacks. Any excess are fortifed SE of Rome. We have railed mostly mined tiles.
Contiental Rally point is 2SE of Rome.
Some unit builds were started after the Rally Point was set. Those units will not go to the Rally point until it is un-set and then re-set. Just how the game works.
Once we can build settlers we have a lot of unused grassland in the far south the just screams out 'Science Farm Here!'. We may want to divert a stack or two to roading this area for the geek villages.
We gain 2 MGLs, back to back, and rushed a Wat in Xinjian and Royal Barracks in Anyang.
I only spacebared the Heavy Coastal Batteries.
New unit produced: Light Cruiser (4.4.6, 100 shields)
Since we control Jewish Worldreligion and Worldreligion Buddhism, these wonders will double the effects of Synagogues, Great Synagogues, Wats and Stupas. So these should be built over mosques and basilicas.
We have a stack of eLancias near Rome that can be sent overseas. These are mainly a centralized defense force in case we have a string of landings.
All five 'Animation' settings are on in Game Prefernces.
Elapsed time: 281 hours, 16 minutes. Seems longer than a Greebly game, but it could be us learning how CCM works. This does play very different from a standard C3C game.
Nice progress :goodjob:
I wonder how many sweet wonders Beijing does contain? Would be nice to grab them
We're sitting on so much money, I think any infrastructure can just be cash rushed if there is much left to do.
Personally I wouldn't bother about science farms that much, it only adds MM at this point in time. We are still safely doing 4 turn research, aren't we?
Thank you for your great reports. The detailed writing of the story is a lot of work for you :)
Airlifted 1 Lancia overseas, too. Didn't think we could do that.
In CCM all kind of armored cars and reccon cars can be airlifted. Tanks can not be airlifted.
The CCMPedia for the Schneider75 does not address if it is auto-produced or not.
Thank you for the report. I will have a look on that entry. In CCM all "artillery" units (with the exception of the last one -radar artillery) are autoproduced, otherwise the AI would love them so much, that it wouldn´t produce nearly any other unit.
umm, actually no. this being CommandoBob, I´d say this is a brief summary covering only the *most* important facts. ;););)
Here is a brief update as I am just starting turn 5.
I brought forward more zeppelins and bombers for aerial reconnaissance
Here is the north
Spoiler :
Rat41north.jpg
And the south
Spoiler :
Rat41south.jpg
I am moving towards the iron source so we can get rails going and at the same time loaded up a pile of steamers from the homeland with workers to put up the future rail network.
The English on their tiny island are just about gassed, having suicided 23 units last turn on Glasgow which was captured.
Germany is actually at war with China and just took Tatung last turn. We also know that the Aztecs are at war with America.
Canada and Inca seem less advanced, so moving quickly in that direction might yield more than in the north. I'm thinking clearing out the nearby Chinese cities sooner rather than later wouldn't hurt although it's not like we need the gold.
good idea to grab that iron to be able to rail that continent. I am sure it will speed up things a lot. :goodjob:
Are there some strange graphical occurrences in CCM to report today? :D
IBT-
Brits lose 6 catapults and 4 chariots, but kill 4 infantry.
We can make settlers to fill in land now that we have AT. My understanding of Italy is we have inferior tank units for some time compared to some of the other countries, but we will have numbers and a tech edge.
Fine work. :goodjob:
I'm back, and I'd be glad to play now, since the game may be over by the time my spot comes around again--at least if we're going to accept a domination win. But, Elephantium, if you particularly want to take the game now, just say so. It'll take me a while just to absorb this position with our colossal numbers of units, so I'm hardly going to start in the next couple of hours.
nice progress :goodjob:
NP, take it as we went for a swap. I leave it to the Team whether we go for domination or conquest.
Thanks--I've formally got it, then.
I favor Conquest, too, but it is close, 51% vs. 49%.
Without settlers and Armies, the game up to this point has been very different from the last Greebley AW game in C3C.
I want to see if :spear: still applies in CCM.
The difference between dom and conquest to this point is perhaps one more turn set for some of us. Either way, I'm skeptical this will take long enough to reach the atomic age.
CB, if you want to manage the conquest of Nubia, and wage an epic campaign against their formidable spears, you have my blessing. England was plenty for me. :D
