Okay, who's responsible for the hard copy paper tech tree that comes with the game shipped to the UK? Just spotted an error - hopefully it's just the one. There are two 'Replaceable Parts' techs - although it is obvious that the one that shows the correct icon for Constitution (leading, as it should, from Nationalism) is the one that should be read 'Constitution'. I was wondering why I couldn't see Constitution - it's a bit rough having to go by those tiny icons if you're new to the game! (By the way, I would have liked Civilopedia to have had more hyperlinks - especially jumping from techs to civics and vice versa. Going by the colour coding it looks like they were planning on doing that (otherwise why colour code the text), but somehow never got round to it.)

Update: Just spotted another error mad. There are two 'Corporations'! Both with the same icon this time (the one for Corporation). The one that shows 1000 should be 'Economics'.

And on the note of random silly sayings (or, deep, insightful sayings, I'm not sure which) "You don't have to outrun the bear, you just have to outrun your friend." Though, I suppose you're not much of a pal to let your friend be eaten by a bear. Or, mauled by a bear. Bears don't often eat people.

Although this was 3 weeks after the game came out, so it was probably a good sign that I got an english tech tree

Wouldn't that make him, well, rich? After all, the minimum NFL salary is 300k now. And if he's that rich, he could afford a top-of-the-line computer to be built on the spot, without having to wait. Which means he'd have had his new computer, and been able to finish the SG, almost immediately after the old one started having problems.

So, what can we conclude? Sirian (a.k.a. Sullla) is a rich football player, who has already finished the SG, and is just covering it up so that this thread will stay active as his personal chatroom! It's BRILLIANT!
