OOC: Intel on the number of troops surrounding the city is: there are a few tanks, some APCs, about 500 paramilitary and 500 militia, though the city is in a very good defensive spot and it is hard for a full on assault to succeed, even against a force 1/3 of the size of the assaulting forces.

You're tunnels aren't long enough to stretch past the siege. Most of your tunnels you had built before the siege were built in the forest (you didn't specify, so I figured you wanted them out of the way for escapes/HQ stuff) and I wasn't too strict before, but I'd like to know how much manpower you are focusing on these tunnels. The idea they will try to sell to the west is "help Caldera and you won't need an S.O.B."
