I simply tried to replicate the physical features from the old map onto the new one. Polish problems are my fault.

Because it was Dutch on Panda's map. I'll fix that and anything else soon.

Edit: Spain is definitely short on ECs. That's one other thing I'll fix.

In the new map, China also has 3 EC less than the original version

Some EC equalizing: Russia, China, the Ottomans, Poland, La Plata and Spain gained ECs. (No one lost any, though Hungary had one moved.) Krakow is now in Poland. Taiwan is Chinese.

For some reason, ImageShack is down, so the map is attached instead.

Which is totally unrealistic, but, then again, so are France and Russia controlling arctic Canada and Alaska. I may fix one or the other in the next edit if one is necessary.
