Apologies in advance for bumping the thread. Both the Chinese and Soviet Tu-4s appear to be missing the default.flc. Any chance at reposting?

Open the .ini file and delete "default.flc" from the line "Default" and type "run.flc" in its place. The run and default are the same anyway. Also you can change the attack1 line to "attack.flc" [ignore my quotes of course]

The first part of the .ini file should look like this (red text show changes that need to be made):
